Review of New World Festival
Great festival! Had lots of fun but the only feedback I can give is that when my mates needed a little sit down we struggled when it had been raining to do so with the few benches that were there. In all honesty felt really safe here and would recommend to anyone!

Review of New World Festival
The Event was very hostile from start to finish, on arrival we had to pass security and the sniffer dog which I understand is part of the process, if you get sniffed a simple ''please go through there to be checked'' would be fine but this security guard got up in face swearing at me claiming I had something on me which I didn't. This set the tone for the rest of the day as security was walking round in packs, we witnessed a man get body slammed whilst he was just standing still. I know they have a job to do but definitely ways to go about it.

Some of the security staff were unfriendly, it was like they didn't want you to have fun, one was so above his station he was on the verge of being aggressive. Everyone just wanted to have fun. Sniffer dogs and threats from some angry security staff was unnecessary

Review of New World Festival
Me and my boyfriend came with one of our other mates and we've been to many festivals this year. The travel arrangements were decent, easy to get to and from. The venue was nice as it is outside however there is quite a lot of sound clash but I'm not sure what can be done about that other than expanding or maybe they can try to reposition where the stages face. The crowd was mainly Essex which makes sense and not a lot of cultural difference. The music was decent but someone of the people I had seen there, I've seen performing better at other festivals. Maybe it was a bad day for them but in my experience people will give it some at an event they are passionate about where as the rest they are simply turning up. The MCs were whack. Some of the worst I have heard however as the bigger names came out the MCs got progressively better. Glad I didn't come before 4pm, really came alive after 5/6pm but that's based on the music I wanted to listen to. All in all, worth a go for a cheap festival but don't be disappointed if it's not all that when you get there.
