First time at New World and even with the wet weather of day one still had a great time. Stage setups, sound and lighting were great.

Drinks were reasonably priced, nice assortment of food stalls..the line up was amazing!.. great that the stages were under cover as it rained on the Friday.. the vip area I didn't feel was very vip. Waited 25 minutes to use the toilets as there was only 4 so that's the only criticism I have. Otherwise it was fab and we'll definitely be back next year!

Venue was relatively compact and nicely circular, which enabled moving from one artist tent to others with ease, if the 'vibes' didn't suit at any time. The tents were also far enough away from each other so as not to override the sounds. It was also great that the set lists and times were displayed conveniently outside each tent.
A good enough food selection with prices to be expected, but maybe the drinks choice could have been wider!?
Shuttle bus service was very efficient with pleasant staff.
Despite the initial weather problems, I thoroughly enjoyed myself!!

Too much of the same music in all the tents

Review of New World Festival

My partner and I have both said new world has been our favourite festival / rave so far. Perfect venue, tents nice and spacious, we were able to dance with plenty of space without feeling like sardines in a tin. Couldn't fault sound system, nice and loud perfect for drum and bass, even at the back of Tents. Also having the shuttle busses were a game changer. We really appreciated using these, really quick, outside festival straight onto the bus .... then back safe at chelmsford station.
Only issue we found was we feel there were not enough toilets for everyone, queuing for them took ages which isn't good being a mum/ older person with a poor bladder.
Other than that, we really hope new world is a yearly thing, as we will be back every year!

Drinks were way to expensive, £13 rtn for a 10 minute bus ride per person? Wouldn't go back, so many other festivals.

Fantastic line up and music despite some songs repeated a few times by the end of the night. VIP ticket not really worth the money in my opinion and drinks and food were standard festival prices (slightly overpriced). The queue to VIP toilets was long at times as well but still had a great time and would definitely recommend standard ticket ?'?🏼

Crazy event. I've done a lot of festivals in my time, but new world caught me off guard! Not your biggest event, but it went off! The crowd, music and vibes were too good. Standard festival drink prices tho :/ not that I was surprised. And would prefer water in a bottle instead of a can. But besides that. CRAZY?"??"??"?
