Review of Chorley Flower Show 2024
Good park and ride available but there was no car park near to the showground, apart for one for blue-badge holders. Car parking facilities near to the showground are needed. I do not want to be restricted by park-and-ride timetables.
I was very disappointed it was not possible to get from the showground to the bowling green. Previously, the access road has been open. This year, there was a high-metal fence across it and this was unnecessary. I hope, in future years, the access road will be open.
I thought to be charged an additional amount for using the online booking system was very poor practice.
Good demonstrations - flower arranging and growing/cooking - in The Potting Shed.
Interesting range of fruit, flower and vegetable displays which had been judged and prizes awarded.
Good displays by various horticultural societies.

Review of Chorley Flower Show 2024
I attended with my carer. All was very good, enjoyed all the interesting stalls. Deck chair seating areas and vintage music style. Lovely flowers and plants to view and purchase.

Review of Chorley Flower Show 2024
Disappointed that the main marquees were over other side of lake especially for people who can't walk very far. Everything felt very squashed together by the hall, but wonderful that we could go round the Hall for free. Absolutely brilliant and the Community Gardens fantastic.
