It was my first time, and it certainly didn't disappoint ?'??'? absolutely stunning flowers, outstanding floral designs, the stalls were a variety for everyone to choose from, the mascot sheep were hilarious, toilets and cafe very clean, the atmosphere was safe and happy, Astley Hall was amazing and the hosts were welcoming throughout the day, the children's areas were fab... Lots to see and do, lovely mayor too... ☺️ Would highly recommend we will return next year maybe even enter a florist competition, also they were very informative about all the flowers... And plants available to buy fantastic selection lots of choice great quality 🌹🌻🌼🌺🪷🌷🌸🪴🌿

Review of Chorley Flower Show 2024
Have been going for last 5 years. It's in the lovely setting of the grounds of Astley Hall. There is a good mix of plant stalls, garden goods and individual traders. The show gardens are smallish but stunning. I loved the tiny gardens across the bridge (a bit dodgy walking across the water filled floor covering. Like walking on the deck of a boat at sea!). The talks in the marquee were very good as were the competition plants & arrangements. A good selection of food stands & entertainment.
It's a very good day out & really recommend giving it a try. I drove to Botany Bay & got ghe courtesy bus to the show ground from there.
Well worth a visit.

Review of Chorley Flower Show 2024
It was a lovely event, we went on Saturday & the rain was heavy, really felt for everyone. Maybe need a bit more undercover, especially for eating, also the caterers definitely poo referred cash, maybe would be a good idea to advertise that? But it was a great day, we all enjoyed it, lovely, friendly,genuine people - a true Chorley welcome. Thank you

I enjoyed the show & seeing the exhibits. The tour of Astley hall was good too.
I didn't like the way Skiddle completely ignored my email request to change the day of the visit.

Great day as always but found the method of booking tickets extremely difficult when using Time Credits & free Carer's places. For the first time ever there was a deadline imposed which l nearly missed by 15 minutes! Not the best way to treat over stretched Carers & the vulnerable. Please bring back the old system of collecting them at the Council Offices.

Review of Chorley Flower Show 2024
The tickets have become very expensive when there is so little there in comparison to other flower shows. The male singer on Friday had terrible pitching and sang old fashioned songs. The flower tent had no fabulous floral displays as we've seen in the past and Astley Hall, even though was free, closed some of its rooms. We felt disappointed and won't be going again in the future.
