Really impressed with the safety of this event didn’t see one other guest! In the front door- saw Santa and his naughty elves! Santa himself was very friendly and left a present with his elves so my son could pick it up and not have to touch anything! They also gave a Christmas activity pack which kept him entertained! We then left out the back door meaning we didn’t have to pass anyone! For the price I was really impressed! Would recommend!

Took my 14 month old daughter to see Santa it was brilliant! lovely atmosphere, all the staff were lovely and the whole decoration was amazing my daughter loved the lights and Santa too!

Lovely experience for children especially in such a strange year. At least we have managed to see Father Christmas as a family, albeit from a short distance. Very well organised and beautifully presented, a far cry from huge queues, impatient children and stressed parents. Would love for this system to return in future.

A magical experience during very difficult times. The children thoroughly enjoyed their visit, Santa was excellent with them and the Christmas room looked beautiful. The staff were helpful and polite and the venue was extremely clean.
