Absolutely brilliant!! Very personalised. Father Christmas acknowledged that my littlen has given him his dummy to give to the boys and girls who don't have one making him not having his dummy anymore so much easier on the adults!! Lovely present and the room was so Christmasy

Children had a wonderful time. Santa was brilliant! Great that he knew children's names they were mesmerised. Presents received were good. Well worth the price.

My grandchildren loved this event, the elves were very welcoming, we have seen this Santa ? at Astley Hall previously, he is absolutely lovely & brilliant with the excited children, my only negative was we weren’t able to have our photos taken as a whole family, but I do understand why with this Covid virus about . . Thank you to everyone . . ?????????

The grotto itself was Christmassy, but the venue itself wasn't.

Having said that, I think this is only a temporary venue for this year. The actual father Christmas was lovely- very nice the way he spoke to the children, we didn't feel rushed, and we were able to take our own photos. I'd go again.

Santa was fantastic, the room he was in was lovely.
The waiting room area was dull, just a meeting room, I would of thought it would of been decorated christmassy too?

This is by far the best, real, hard hitting and most powerful training/awareness day/event I have ever attended in my last 40 years of work. The delivery was amazing and extremely engaging. Byron had my full attention from beginning to end and I commend him for his work.
