The Santa was really good, however the build up to him was very flat. No Christmas decorations in the building other than snowflakes on the floor. Then all cramped into a waiting room with a random elf who doesn’t even interact with the children. Very flat build up and so much could be done to improve this.

Lovely setting in the town hall. Excellent staff/elves and a great little activity pack for when we were waiting (which wasn’t long at all). Santa was good but struggled with conversation and the elf in there didn’t speak at all. Overall excellent. Not sure why I’m being asked to rate music as there didn’t appear to be any.

Felt very rushed, we had 3 children and about 2 minutes in the grotto. Limited intersection or conversation and must instigated by us!

Santa and elf were AWESOME and the elf was a blast with BSL - very deaf friendly!

The organisers did a great job and Santa was friendly and interacted with the children well. The grotto was well decorated and the whole experience ran smoothly.

Was lovely. A little Christmas music would of been nice.
An it was over in a couple of mins. But my son enjoyed meeting Santa.

The event was fit for purpose, however the magical element from a childâ??s point of view wasnâ??t there compared to previous years in a different location.
