It was an "rnb" brunch and as much as we had a great time, the general conversation throughout the time there was the same . The DJ did not play much rnb.. we heard garage, dancehall, bashment, hip hop.. yes rnb too but it was supposed to be rnb music and thats why we booked. Dj should learn his genres!

Bit disorganised to start off with… told to arrive early for a pre-party bar in the loft which wasn’t actually open. Manager was very helpful and accommodating, as were he doormen, but bar staff pretty miserable. Drink prices reasonable. Venue clean and tidy. Lots of nice spots for photos. The band was fantastic!!

it was really only alright at best.
this is what we were sold:
a mixture of amazing/sh*t prizes, all behaviour accepted, fast paced Bingo with a lot of nonsense & weird rounds in between with two elderly ladies on stage. Prepare yourself for an unrivalled experience of dance-offs, twerking, joke prizes and on-stage mischief.

the only part of that that's true is the "s**t prizes" and the "elderly ladies", although I'm not quite sure what they were doing there

Hi it was a good night - fun and great music live and disco so great for dancing - though better if busier or the tables were more around the dance floor (if not intended to be busy) as would help with the atmosphere . For the men (and if want more men!) good to get something on draft to drink

Far too many tickets were sold for this event. Children were unable to join in with the games due to lack of space. There was only one lady doing face painting the wait for this was over an hour-and you had to pay for this. Considering how much the tickets were you would have thought this would be free.
Unorganised chaos is the only way to describe this event! Such a shame for all the children

Very poor quality of a Easter party. The venue was very dark and dull with bare minimum multicoloured lights which my Autistic daughter struggled to manage with. May I add nothing about flashing lights or multiple coloured lights were advertised in any terms or conditions.
The entertainment was very basic, something we all do at home on a normal day let alone Easter party!
The packed lunch was terrible, online the price was £6.00 which I purchased one but also had to buy another packed lunch from the bar and that price was only £4.50? Why was the price any different?
The layout of the tables was terrible, all very close together so not much gap between either row, the benches were not stable and at one point a bench had fell on a little boy in our group making him smack his head on the floor with the bench laying over his stomach.
The leaflet advertised was insinuating that everything was all included, face painting, prizes yet we turn up and the face paint alone was an extra £3.

I’m all I spent £35 for my 2 children ages 3-7 and within 40minutes we left and went to a park where they had much more fun!

A waste of money if you ask me, and I’d like take this further and get my money back.

For a sell out event, I felt that the set up of the benches in the venue for a kids party was ridiculous. I struggled to get to my child and them back to me. I queued for 1hr for my children to have their face painted, so the kids missed out on the first hr of entertainment. They would have missed out on all of the entertainment if we would have then queued for a balloon sword. There really needed to be a few more people to do those kind of things. I think alot of people spend most of the 2hrs in a queue.

Big waste of money, waiting in a que for over two hours until the event was over to pay another £3 to get my kids face painted, didn’t even get time to get her a balloon, entertainment was outdated and there were to many people in the venue and not enough seats, disappointed we wasted our family afternoon here.

I wasn't impressed with how dark the venue was,it was too dark for the kids. Secondly, there was only 1 face painter and I waited in the que for 45 minutes. The poor lady didn't even have a break she was non stop face painting. She should be rewarded. Thirdly, the drinks were extortionately priced so for 2 cans of hooch and a bottle of beer I was charged £15.20. That's absolutely ludicrous in this day n age. The organisers need to put into perspective that even though they had entertainment the one thing kids all want is face painting . So feedback is if u are doing it on a big scale get more that 1 person doing it next time amd the baloon guy.
