I thought there was to many people there for wt it was because the queues for face painting and the balloons was absolutely madness which you had to queue for ages so we could not get them done so with the 4 children we had all they cd do is sit on the stage which we thought was not a very good event.

It was too dark, overcrowded, overpriced, too noisy & there was no egg hunt!! The queues for face painting were so long and people were waiting for 30mins to get their face painted. We were actually sad leaving the place as felt like we had been mis-sold into believing this was an easter party though was actually an entertainment event we’d attend at Butlins!! There were no hot drinks or food being served and were shocked to see the bar fully open serving alcohol…at a kids party at 12pm!

Paid £6 for a lunch that consisted of a pack of crisps and a drink because they ran out of others. The lady said she’d make up some sandwiches and yoghurt and bring it over to me but never did.
It was massively overcrowded and way too dark and scared quite a few kids.
Also 1st place prizes were Easter eggs but 2nd and 3rd place prizes were empty cups that the child could take to the bar and fill up with whatever drink they wanted. - what’s that about? Seems extremely cheap considering that they had squash as many people in as possible.
I paid £21 for the event if you include ‘lunch’ and feel right fobbed off. I’d like my money back.

Poorly organised - too dark and the face painting queue was ridiculous- knowing how many tickets were sold should have meant the organisers would pre-empt how many would want face painting. 1 person for all those children - and they charged per child yet the poster made it seem it would be included! I’m not sure what age range the party was aimed at but the dance floor was too small for the amount of children who wanted to join in - very expensive for what it was

Overcrowded....dark room...badly organized...very very disappointed only stayed 40mins as couldn't get on dance floor...no where to sit....queued for face painting still not seen after 30mins....paid £16 for 2 adult's whilst other adults were let in free!!.....kids couldn't wait to leave

Quite expensive for what the children got (i spent over £40 for entry, bar drinks, lunch box, facepainting) - facepainting and food was an extra cost. All they got was a magic show and 3 games which were spoilt by poor organisation with adults queuing on the dance floor. Easter egg hunt didn't happen - they were simply handed out. Easter bunny was the best part of the afternoon. I've been to free events better - good try rialto, stick to adult events.

Far to many children and not enough people doing activities ( face painting and balloon animals )so children didn’t get what we paid for description said face painting included but was £3 if you were lucky enough to get it done balloon artist was sat on dance floor so everybody was queuing where children were playing felt like organised caos 🙈

stood for an hour and 50mins in que then got to the end and had to pay for facepaint some children was leaving crying as their parents wouldn't pay. we missed most of the party and my kids didn't join in with anything apart from the bonnet competition cause of waiting ð¤¬. not worth the money at all.

Not suitable at all for my disabled 3 year old , benches to close together couldnât hardly move especially being heavily pregnant , my little girl didnât get an Easter egg, she was really upset and uncomfortable the whole time we were there.
