Loved shola ama loved Trevor Nelson
Just a shame there wasn't more choice on the menu of drinks soft and alcoholic and also the choice to pay in cash

Trevor didn’t start till 11pm finished at 12.30, Shola sang 3 songs and was probably the best part of the event. Trevor’s playlist was pretty lame.
There were no tables in the Rialto only a few chairs to the sides. Bar staff were rude. Couldn’t even put your coats in a cloak room as there isn’t one so we had to stand with drinks and coats.
Wasn’t the best event I’ve attended.

I have been to see Trevor nelson before and as always he was great.. however the music from the DJ beforehand wasn’t so great. It seemed like it wasn’t a good enough starting act to get the crowd moving for Trevor. I felt that he didn’t read the crowd and the music was very mixed and didn’t read soul much .. even as the title is soul nation. Trevor was good and kept the bangers coming. With regards to the venue I have had many great nights at Rialto but this just was not a great set up. It felt more like a club and getting a drink was 30-40 mins with sticky wet dance floors and an overcrowded floor it was very difficult to enjoy the space. There were hardly any chairs and I think personally as a group we paid £125 plus to get in and the ticket price for what we experienced was not great. Hit and miss night really but would not really recommend this time around. Doesn’t put me off the great venue and events but I’m not sure I would pay to see Trevor again.

Really good night. Atmosphere was great mixed ages of people. Unfortunately ladies toilet had no toilet tissue. Could do with a bathroom attendant. Other than that music was great. All good energy.

The venue and staff were great so no complaints there at all buttttt Trevor Nelson made absolutely no effort at all, no mixing in tunes, playing them until the very end and then they were just random songs with no flow like he just put his Apple Music on shuffle. Poor really and he’s just going on his name
