The music and atmosphere were brilliant but the venue itself was very disappointing. No ice for anyone who wanted spirit mixers. Beers were warm and ridiculously overpriced. It also said there would be bratwurst and pretzels which there wasn’t. Disappointing considering we went to Oktoberfest in Warwick 2 years ago which was superb.

Overpriced watered down beer served in plastic glasses, nothing about this was authentic. Venue was dank and dark and smelt of bleach. We left after 10 mins

The venue was cold and dirty, the beer was warm and flat and they couldn’t tell us what beer it was. There were no pretzels or wurtz. I would not do this again

The listing promised a complete "venue transformation", bratwurst and pretzels. They'd hung up some bunting and there was no food. The beer was thin and expensive. Very very poor.

Great band, with very polished sound and performance. Atmosphere really good, with lots of people up dancing!

I know this venue and the cost of tickets were reasonably priced.
Unfortunately, due to two work colleagues off sick I had a double shift and finished very late, so I was not able to make it to the event.
Really disappointed, but I will keep an eye on tickets for something else that takes my fancy 🙄

Fantastic gig, I never thought I would get the chance to hear the Joy Division albums played live and Hooky was amazing.

Review of The Assembly

Bought tickets for Peter Hook some time ago and was really looking forward to the gig. Unfortunately I’ve had to have hip surgery recently so reached out to them about their accessibility arrangements. Left messages and called them numerous times via all their stated communication methods- phone (constantly out of action), twitter, messenger and wAttsapp. They have not responded at all. They either simply don’t care about their customers or are totally incompetent. We’ve now been forced to sell the tickets on which is really disappointing. I certainly won’t be giving them my custom in the future nor recommend anyone else does.
