Review of Betley Bonfire 2023

Amazing event, bonfire and fireworks amazing. Huge venue and lots to do. Well looked after, many stewards / staff helpign with parking and patrolling, police patrolling, no alcohol onsite and a really safe family event. Expensive @ £5 each per person per ride and trying to turn as many seats as possible on the fair though which cost a fair amount. Had a great evening though and would definitely be returning.

Spectacular fireworks, well organized with parking , we were pedestrians and safe systems in place to cross the road and easy to exit the venue

Fireworks were good but disappointed they were not done to music. The bonfire was big but was only half burning by the time we left. Food outlets and rides were very expensive as expected. Getting on and off the car park was a nightmare, lots of mud. It was an OK night but I wont go again.

The smell of cannabis was so overpowering where ever you stood there should be more controls over this in a family friendly venue. Everything else was brilliant but this did ruin our night.

Good atmosphere great rides ! Rubbish organisation to get off the grounds took us 45 minutes in stand still traffic .
