Review of Betley Bonfire 2023
fireworks were amazing, food and drinks stalls were a little expensive. we found one GB catering that were reasonably priced. fair ground rides £5 a go, so would work out a dear do if you've got more than 1 child. Had a great night though

Spoiled by rude car park attendants insisting on parking where they insisted even though it was 4pm and people were leaving so lots if space. Advance ticket sale prices were cheaper on the gate!!!!! making this a nonsense. Won't support again because if these reasons

Review of Betley Show 2023
It was a very wet day but dispite that it was so much fun and I met so many creative talented people. My favourite area was the arts and crafts area and I throughly enjoyed seeing all the entries from the vegetables, flowers and photographs. The cheese company were excellent value 4 blocks of tasty flavours for £10 one of the flavours was chop shop curry and the cakes from Gooie goodies were absolutely delightful. The Betley show needs to be supported as events like this are becoming smaller and smaller but I am a believer in these shows . The animal man was fantastic and also speaking about environmental issues we face with passion.

Good family entertainment, despite the rain. Only gripe would be that tickets ended up being cheaper on the gate than buying in advance on-line - booking fee etc came to £23 for 2 tickets, whereas gate price was reduced to a straight £10 each when paying by card.

Unfortunately, we were unable to attend the event as my partner had to undergo emergency dental surgery to remove a cracked wisdom tooth. Hopefully, we will get to attend future iterations of the event....
