Really good location, the Bonfire was huge the fireworks lasted a good 15mins with no pauses between fireworks they were are big bright with no visual issues . The fair ground had all types of rides from small to big, the rides ranged from £2.50 to £4 pp to ride which maybe could of been a little cheaper possibly and the hook a duck was £5 a go which seemed overpriced for the prizes on offer. Bought my tickets before the event and were scanned with ease at the entrance, took a little while to get off the site but most large event places usually are. The lighting of the Bonfire went on for a little while and stewards decided to plonk themselves in the way for a 20 minute chat blocking the view of the lighting of the fire. All in all I would recommend Betley Bonfire it may cost a lot for a family but you get a good Fire work display and a huge bonfire

Crazy parking, left the car outside Betley and walked in quicker than the traffic. Many people late because of this. Outrageous fun fair, absolute rip off prices and they clearly kept charging more as the night went on, taking down their price boards. Make it fair and everyone will be happy to pay and come again next year. Shame for what should be a great event.

Took us 50 mins in a line of trafic to get parked and 50 mins to get back off agin. For the price it was nothing special and in my opinion their wear to many people for the venue . We waiting in a 30 min lime for the worst doughts and hot chocolate.
Will not be returning

Car parking needs addressing.
Noticed due to rainfall , many cars getting stuck.
And not enough space left for cars to get out in an emergency.

Overall a good night but overpriced for what it is especially considering fireworks were delayed. It was good but not worth the money.

Amazing night! So we’ll organised, so much to do for kids and adults, lots of funfair activities, good selection of food options, staff works quickly and efficiently so no long queues.
Great fireworks, lasted for 20 minutes.
Recommend and will be back!

everything ridiculously over priced from the food to the rides. rides were a total rip off and lasted mere seconds some of them, fire works were the worst disappointment ever. no rockets, no screamers virtually nothing. discussed with the over all event for the prices paid. we will never attend again there are alot better displays for less

The actual firework display and bonfire were pretty spectacular, but the organisation for getting people onto the site was pretty poor. We honestly thought we were going to miss the fireworks as we had to queue for an hour in traffic coming from Newcastle and noticed cars were being directed up a muddy hill, so were getting stuck causing massive tailbacks. Thank goodness the fireworks were delayed until 8.30.

Everything was overpriced, the fireworks were late, no bar and just felt like the profits were put before the experience of visitors. There wasn’t much to do there other than spend a lot of money. There were 11,000 people there last night all paying 12.50 entry fee, you would think there would be more free entertainment. Once the fireworks did come on, it was a good display but I wouldn’t be returning.

Overpriced rip off! Packed too many people in there that ruined the atmosphere. Took over 2 hours to leave the car park, utter chaos! Never again!

Ok first time at Bentley, expensive for what it is, getting in was fine, appreciate it’s a charity event but far to many people for facilities provided, waited over 30 minutes for food and drink to be told no hot drinks, Stanworhs no how to sting with £4 a ride and seconds on it, Just above freezing and fireworks 35 minutes late starting why the place was rammed. Would I go again never., fireworks were impressive the only good 15 minutes of the night and then dived for the 1.5 hour sort in the car to get home for a hot drink! Organisers if you are going to cram so many people in make the facilities appropriate for the numbers to greedy!

£10.90 for sausage and chips is extortionate and waiting 2 hours to get out the car park until a parking steward came and thought of a plan. Chaos. Would not go again
