It was extremely hot with no air conditioning switched on, packed venue with 2 people behind the main bar which meant 40 minute queue for drinks so was using water cooler. When eventually managed to get a drink from the bar there was limited choices and no ice! Asked reception and a staff member in the floor re air conditioning and was fobbed off! Everyone was fanning themselves and heat was unbearable. Small stage and couldn’t see the entertainment- left early

Had the most amazing and fun night with my best friend. This was the first time I’d been to the venue and to this event and it didn’t disappoint. I couldn’t fault the drag act, she had me in stitches the whole night and the men, well, they were definitely entertaining! All in all, I honestly can’t fault the whole experience. My friend and I were already looking for the next event before this one even finished lol. I would 100% recommend and cannot wait for this event to make a return so we can come again and bring a bigger party with us!

The event seemed quite unorganised. Long queues for drinks/food. Barely any air conditioning on a hot day, so it was very warm in the hall. Show was entertaining but not worth the money in all entirety. Disappointing!

Unfortunately this wasn’t well organised. We received an email saying we needed to be members of BuzzBingo but what they mean is you have to have a card. It took us 45 mins to get in as we had to queue for a card. Another 10 minutes queuing for our bingo cards and then another 15 minutes to get a drink. Food took over 2 hours to arrive which for pizza and chips is ridiculous. The only reply I got when I chased it was we’re busy. The bar ran out of a number of drinks - spirits, bottled cider - and a lot of food items were sold out very early in the evening. As this was a ticketed event it could have and should have run smoother and have been more prepared for the numbers they had in.

Great night of entertainment BUT YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO SORT OUT THE RIDICULOUS QUEUES FOR GETTING TICKETS AND AT THE BAR.... WE QUEUED FOR AN HOUR JUST FOR THE BAR.... MISSED THE 1ST FEW GAMES THAT I HAD PAID TO PLAY...FOOD TOOK NEARLT 3 HOURS TO GET TO TABLE..... UNACCEPTABLE

Venue is good, however because it was so busy we waited 3 hours for our food to arrive.

Missed all half of bingo as was queuing at the bar . Everyone was Complaining . Then when I was finally getting served he had to go and get more wine from another area . There was a pop up bar but no use to ne . And there was loads of people who didn't Evan pay for the music entertainment. We oaid 40pound for two tickets and we could have just stayed for free absalue joke

I think more planning is needed to make this event better. We arrived at 6:30 for a 7pm start. We finally got to our seats to start at 7:45 after having to Que to get cards printed by 1 person. There was no time for us to get a drink or food before bingo started. Bingo was very rushed. We tried to order food and was told no due to a 2 hour wait from the kitchen the bars had no snacks. There was no announcement made to advise kitchen was closing early or having to take a break on orders due to the kitchen being backed up. The event itself was okay and fair value for money and drinks were easy to get and fairly priced but there was also a lot of disappointment and not enough time for a break to get drinks etc

The line to get a card took an hour, already had membership number but the tablets weren’t working so had to wait in the line. Didn’t really see the point of needing a card could have claimed winning with just a membership number. The price of food was extortionate £15 for 2 hotdogs and it was a 2 hour wait for it even though there were staff walking around trying to sell more that they had just cooked. The queue for the bar was really long need to hire more staff if you are going to do an event night

Venue was not very organised and there was definitely not enough staff ALOT of people missed the first couple of games of bingo due to huge ques
I would also definitely recomend telling people to sign up before the event to save the signing up process while there
Was poorly run also ticket said it finished at midnight so that’s when we booked our minibus for but it finished at 11.30 which is when the bar shut too which was disappointing
