Music was ok, the Compare was too much during the bingo.
I was driving so was on soft drinks, and the price of a can of diet pepsi was £2 which is a bit expensive in my opinion, as they were from mutipacks.
Venue is tired looking,most of the soap dispensers didn't work in the ladies, the chairs we were on were threadbare in places.
The queue for food and drinks was diabolical, one lady in our group waited an hour, and they were lots doing the bingo in the queues.
Food ordered at 7.30 turned up at 9!
The overall experience was pretty dire.

Was a great night with great hosts.
The only downside was the queueing to get in for the people that didn't have their card took over an hour & missed the beginning. The queues at the bar were very long & again missed some games of bingo & the food took over 2 hours to arrive so definitely need more staff for the next event. But it was very good, will recommend & attend the next event.

We had a great night, but it needs to be organised better. We arrived at half 5 and some of our group had to collect their membership cards, the whole process took over an hour before we actually made it into the main hall. Queues for food and drink was also a nightmare and food we ordered took 2 hours to come to the table.
The night was a great night and we will be back for the next one

Ease of booking ticket . Had a good experience with my work colleagues very relaxed would definitely recommend it

I was very disappointed. We arrived at 6 que for a hour to get in the venue to get our ticket. Then another hour to get a drink and food. To be told the food was 2 and half hour wait ,quite a few drinks had already sold out ie malbu wine .when the food finally arrived they had ran out of veggie burgers, so was left to just a small portion of chips. There was hardly any staff on ,only 2 behind the bar. This was a ticketed event so they would have known how many tickets they had sold. Was very disorganised. The staff that where on where amazing went out of there way to help where they could. With a little more organise could be an amazing night

Queued for an hour to get in. Then for half an hour to get a drink. When we got to the front of the queue there was only chips to order and they had run out of some drinks. We then waited 2 hours for 2 portions of chips. At 11.45 we were asked to leave although event stated 6:15-12.00 and ran an hour late due to people queueing. The guys running it did a great job, not their fault and the actual bingo was fun but the venue let them down.

Waited an hour to get into the venue and then they stopped serving food. Badly organised
