Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival 2017
Luxury showers badly affected by poor weather, was in a bad place to start with next to the busiest, dirtiest camping area on site but got worse with weather and no effort to keep the area accessible. Assume we are getting a refund for the day we could not use them

Very glad to have use of showers to wash the ankle deep mud off!! The event was poorly organised this year, hazardous tracks into the arena from the campsites. No effort to make them passable.

Not up kept in the slightest,
Ask a worker for loo roll they say it's not my job,
Soap? Good luck
can't dry your skin only hair what's the point in that price should be call hair pamper but give up if you expect clean body from waist down.
Showers are dangerously slippy and caked in mud, yes I know it's. Even a muddy year but this was pathetic

We went to them before 8am, huge queue and couldn't even get into use the hairdryers/straighteners. So essentially paid £35 for one shower. I appreciate the mornings are going to be busy, but at what point do you accept that too many tickets had been sold for this making it anything but a luxury pass.

Some of the club class toilets in the mens section didn't lock, it was safer to use other toilets instead. Price for club class could be £10 cheaper too. Overall a good experience and the staff were friendly

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival 2017
The toilets and showers were impressive, given the horrendous conditions at YNot this year. It would be appreciated, however, if the facilities were monitored more closely. I was aware of a number of people who managed to use the facilities despite not having paid the hefty charges.

Terrible experience. Weather a complete washout. Gone home as organisers let the venue turn into a mud bath. Did not even use the Club Class facilities as couldn't get access to them without swimming in mud

Toilets were not bad, although nothing to dry hands with. The showers and pamper lounge were also not bad apart from not being very private outside the showers

Review of Club Class Luxury Pass at Y Not Festival 2017
Whilst the weather cannot be helped, the service was exceptionally poor. Filthy toilets, dirty, wet toilet roll, no hand towels and broken soap dispensers. Steps were unsafe. At no point did I see anyone trying to sort these issues.
The 'Pamper' area was wet and had limited products and equipment.
Certainly not worth the money. Disappointing.
