Review of Retro Fest - Live at the Big Top!
Excellent night's entertainment at an incredibly reasonable price! Staff at venue were really friendly & helpful. Really well marshalled, special mention to the staff at the end of the night who went above & beyond to make sure everyone got home safely. Music acts were top quality. Thanks for putting on such a great festival in Derry!

Started queuing at half 4, and by the time I had finished queuing for wrists bands and drinks I had finished queuing at half 7. I have never queued so much for an event before very bad set up very disappointing

Had to wait 2 hours to get in to venue. Then had to wait a further 1 hr and 20 minutes for a drink. Felt like I was going to faint in the line whilst queuing for the drink. A single vodka and mixer cost me over 12 pound.

Music was great, venue was a bit out of the way ebrington square might have been better as its right in the centre of the town, the price of tickets was quite expensive and the drink was also expensive, the atmosphere on both day was great however on the Sunday a lot of people in particular girls had there drinks spiked and it was quite scary for myself and my friends. Also on the Saturday in particular the ques were absoultly mental there was no need I feel like with regards to that it was poorly organised as me and my friends got to the venue around 5:30 and was in cues to around 8 the top up cue was particularly bad and it would be easier to top up online. Overall I had a great weekend but :)
