Really great day. The weather made it really enjoyable. I hope this event happens again, as it was really popular. The stunt bikers and the Viking UK were worth watching.

Review of Doncaster Hot Air Balloon Festival
Great family day out to start my children's summer,
Reenactments and stunt performances were exciting and informative.
Hot air balloons and Fireworks were amazing.
General organisation (parking, entry, toilets) were well signed and well stewarded.
Food vendors were expensive £3-4 more per item that I would want to pay.
Fun fair ride were varied and run by friendly staff.

Not enough food stalls, we queued 40 mins for a Greek wrap. The Viking reenactment changed venue to what was advertised and the American civil was reenactment changed time from 7.30pm to 4.30pm apparently 2 weeks ago but the website wasn't updated so we missed this entirely and this is the main thing we wanted to see. Waited 30 mins to exit the car park, 20 of which were not moving at all. Wish we hadn't bothered.

Great value for money ticket. Lots to see even if the balloons don't actually go up! Loads for kids and something to see or do for everyone. Food is expensive as are the for rides. Great day out.

Review of Doncaster Hot Air Balloon Festival
Fantastic family day out. Lots of different entertainment, fairground rides, food stalls etc. The air balloons were amazing, especially the night glow with the flames and music. Definitely recommend and will be going again next year if it's on again!
