Review of Doncaster Hot Air Balloon Festival
I visited on the Friday when events were reduced. I paid to get in, then was required to pay for everything inside too. The fun fair was awfully expensive. It would have been cheaper to take my family to Alton Towers for the day than have an hour here.

An excellent,well organised event,maybe live bands on too,local ones,the running was smooth, announcer, awesome,but got but fed up with all the shout outs...
But,so long as you keep people entertained,I thought overall the event was excellent.
But,will say, truly hope the stunt rider gets wet,but surely in an event, should wear protective clothing, being a biker myself...
🙏he gets well though..
Overall, please come back, keep prices low

The event it's self was great, lots to do and everyone was entertained the whole day. Just things inside the event were very overpriced for the rides and food & drinks

Review of Doncaster Hot Air Balloon Festival
Lovely treat day out. Food was as expected. Fair costs were a bit high but enjoyed by all the kids. Entertainment was good and we managed to see some balloons launch which was great. We left before the fireworks as too late for some of the younger family members (but as it doesn't get dark til 10pm we knew we wouldn't see them)
I would suggest gate prices are increased to allow smaller costs at the fair and food. Which would encourage more use. Would look into what the spectators area for disabled customers passes as, we have two ASD children and thought that this was just for those in wheelchairs/mobility aids but it seemed at the launch that anyonesdisability was granted, this would have been useful as it was less crowded and slightly quieter around the arena. Our SEN child would have benifited from this area hugely! Clarity with signage or accreditation at entry would have been useful information.
But we all had an awesome day and will be back.

Only needs to get more popular. More balloons .I fully understand that the balloons are unpredictable and weather dependent. There just needs to be more of them . Great idea and keep the great prices and day fun.

We found the whole experience very well organised and informative for both adults and children alike. Venue was very accessible and car parking very well organised. Looking forward to the next one.

Very enjoyable with easy parking and plenty of food outlets! As a first event seemed well organised and got lucky with the weather, hoping bigger next year with many more balloons
