Review of Doncaster Hot Air Balloon Festival
An amazing event with lots to see and do for all ages.
Really enjoyed the enactment and the motor cycle stunt team. Especially enjoyed seeing the balloons 🎈 lots of fairground attractions and of course a good selection of food and drink stands.
Hope it's back next year

The venue itself was fair priced however when you got in there it was about £3 a bottle of water and rides about £3-£5 per ride so you may need to remortgage! Entertainment was amazing and such a great atmosphere! I'd recommend taking a picnic, snacks, water and your own chairs or picnic blanket.

The day was absolutely fantastic, food venders were pricey though , however, the day was brilliant from start to finish. Sorry to hear there was an accident yesterday and hope everyone is ok.

Good family day out and for the price of a family ticket i can't really complain. The only downfall was the prices of the fair rides at the event very expensive. Over £4 a ride.
Lots of space the portaloos were clean and lots of them around site.

Bit dicey with the British weather but a great day out even only attending the main displays, queues for food vans meant I didn't even consider paying for food though

A really good family day out , we didn't take any kids so a bit boring waiting around for the next event, but the fact you can come and go from the venue is brilliant. We nipped into town and came back . We didn't wait to see the balloons due to weather holding them up, there was nothing fir us to do , but will return next yr

We had such a great day on Saturday. There was plenty for the kids to do, but my god, the prices were ridiculously high. I'm not exactly tight with money (my dad calls me "scatter cash"), but the prices were ridiculous. The only thing that spoiled it was the cost of the rides and bouncy castles. One of the bouncy castle guys was over the top and shouldn't work around kids because he was so rude. I think he must have gotten out of the wrong side of the bed. Apart from that, it was a great day overall.
