Over sold the event, was rammed, no where to park so had to go really early with two small children to find off road parking as down country lanes...fireworks weren't the best, started fireworks too late so left early. Disappointing experience.

Great music, fireworks but the venue was way too small, over subscribed thus creating huge waiting times for drinks, food and rides. Only when the fireworks started did the queues subside. The field was an absolute mud bath. The roads surrounding the venue were dangerous with cars double parked on roundabouts, dual carriage ways, country lanes - a really poorly organised event. Food options were great.

Whole event was ruined by last minute changes to parking which meant we were unable to attend. Refund policy does not seem to be fit for purpose. I would not recommend this company at all unhelpful and unresponsive.

Venue too small to cope with numbers given the underfoot conditions. No parking available, even if the outfields had been used for the vendors the car park space available would have still massively inadequate! Long consistent queue for bars and toilets. No fair ground attractions for anyone over the age of 5/6. Great selection of food vendors. My family left early as bored after the fire dancers and not wanting to wait for over an hour in very overcrowded conditions that were steadily increasing even at 7pm.

Need to have separate male and female toilets. Most disgusting I've seen especially with little girls there. No lights in them either. Needed more rides for older kids

Really looking forward to this but it didn't meet my expectations at all and ended up being an expensive night I didn't enjoy overall.

Firstly there was no parking which caused major issues. My wife is disabled so we opted to get a taxi but couldn't get anywhere near the venue due to other parked cars blocking the road.
Even more of a nightmare leaving and trying to get a taxi home.

Venue was way too busy. Was hard work getting through the crowds and everything had a big queue.

Couldn't really get near the fire activities or the fireworks due to the muddy ground.

Fireworks were good but compared to other events I have been too they didn't stand out.

It had all the makings of a good night but unfortunately ended up a disappointment. I'm sure I'm not the only one that felt this way.

Great night. Good beer, good food and great fireworks. Just a shame about the parking. We walked up though, so no probkem.

only had road side parking was a night mare, drinks and food expensive, long queues for drinks/food. It was a long wait for the fireworks but the display itself was good

Unfortunately this event was not what I was expecting at all. We could barely move and with 2 little children we had to leave before 7.30pm, which meant to missed the fireworks. We could not move and my children were very distressed. The venue was far too small for the amount of people and it was not enjoyable at all. More suited to adults without children

Fireworks were really good, really enjoyed the display
Rest of it was a bit of a let down though, understand had to move to the car park last minute but it wasn't great
Communication wasn't great to people after notifying people on Facebook of the car parking situation
Venue too small for how many people there were, 40 minutes to que for a drink
4 rides for small kids, nothing for older kids to do, had 5 bored kids on our hands
Parking was a nightmare, the road down to entrance really needed to be lit up
Couldn't see the fire breathers through the crowd, they should of really been on a platform for everyone to see

Too many tickets sold for the size of the venue, no parking, food and drink were a rip off. Very long Ques.

The firework display was fantastic! Amazing firework and lasted a good time. The venue was impossible to get to unfortunately because of people’s careless parking on narrow roads. As requested by the event beforehand my family of 6 got a taxi, costing an extra £25 to the evening, and we had to get out and walk for the remaining 15minutes of the journey. I also felt the prices of the ‘street food’ vendors was extortionate, with no children’s options. I paid £10 for just a single burger which did not include fries - which were an additional £4.50. This is street food so served in a paper tray, yet was more expensive than a restaurant?! Everyone was very cramped into the space and so fewer tickets should be sold.
