Review of Herrington Country Park
Paid for Pete Tong tickets. Never went ahead was notified 1 hour before festival start time 3 of us took holidays and spent £150 on tickets. The venue have not refunded us and keep fobbing us off this has been going on for 3 month I have had no other option other than to take this through the small claims court to get my money back

Review of Herrington Country Park
Herrington Country Park. Event cancelled 2 hours before it was due to start. Event eventually officially cancelled, however still waiting for a refund. Herrington advising they're waiting for their insurance to pay out before issuing refunds. This is just wrong, customers should be refunded immediately, the ticket money was never spent!

Review of Monument Festival
Incredibly disappointing. The venue was in an awful state and absolutely stank of human waste. The main headliner pulled out, which the event organisers blame them for and therefor refuses to issue refunds to anybody. Didn't get the event I paid for and they wont reimburse me for it. Sadly a waste of time and money

Review of Monument Festival
The sound quality was poor, artists were over an hour late and the headliner band was changed on the day. When looking for a refund the website was updated after the event to say refunds were not possible.

Review of Live at Herrington: Pete Tong Ibiza Classics
Booked the tickets at lunch time on the day. Set off for the 2 hour drive (each way) only to find the event cancelled due to weather when it was 26 degrees and sunny. No refund offered and no information provided.

Review of Live at Herrington: The Human League
The bands were great and we thought by paying extra for vip tickets this would make the experience extra special, it failed miserably. We arrived a little before the scheduled opening time of 3.30 pm and had to stand around until around 4.45 pm to be finally let in . This resulted in queue jumping and arguments with other attendees and security staff , not a great start. We then made our way to the VIP tent and on arrival we're told the male exclusive toilets were out of order . The Bar staff would not accept the free drinks tokens initially as they were not aware they existed and by holding all the concert attendees at the main gates for over an hour, the bar queue was far bigger that it would have been normally. Finally drinks sorted and bands playing all was well again until it came to the barbecue and cakes which was included with the VIP tickets as it wasn't a barbecue and there were no cakes supplied. There was a burger van stuck in a corner next to all the urinals ,which although was a great burger it was not as expected and they then started to run out of supplies. I asked the staff why they we're running out of food options and was told that they were informed they would only have 90 covers but had to cover 300. So all I can advise from my experience is Don't buy VIP tickets as it felt like a rip off .

Review of Monument Festival
Third time I've been here. Was nervous about state of ground as had been raining near constantly for previous few weeks. Ground outside was much better than expected but both venues in tents so a bit boggy especially second tent. Gates were supposed to open at 11.30am but not opened until after midday. Cancellation of The Kooks headliners was unfortunate but well announced online and on boards at the event. Customer service at bars and food was great and plenty of choice. Variety of bands and cheap ticket prices are second to none. This is a great independent festival local to where I live and it would be fantastic if it continues. Well done to all involved x

Been to kubix a few years running, love the atmosphere, love the choice of 2 stages. You can't help the weather... but.. you know how muddy it gets!! Put boards down, or hay, or sawdust or something!!!
Also you need more toilets - you know how many tickets are sold.. everyone is drinking so triple the amount of usual loo visits or person!!
I'll be going again, hope these 2 things improve
