Thought it a great live event - small gripe you need to have talking signpost onstage with a mic telling the crowd what's on and where, I have been at over a hundred festival and I still missed the NEDs!

Headline act cancelled and they made no attempt to inform us until we were already at the festival. There was no information released on their website. So disappointing as the headliners were the only reason I had bought tickets in the first place.

Poor site with poor accessibility. Headlining act who we had come to see cancelled on the day. Other bands all had technical issues and ruined their sets. All bands were late on stage and nothing ran to schedule. Felt sorry for them.

Been to this festival a number of times and enjoyed quite a few.
Where they go wrong is when the conditions or circumstances get a bit testing.
Gates opening 12.10, first act advertised 12.00pm. Why delay entry so long.
This led to delays of opening acts which had a knock on affect for bands after. Some of the acts must have been cancelled due to this.
Conditions of the place was like a bog, particularly the second stage. This was after 4 or 5 days of good weather. I know there was an event a week before, but surely bark chippings, anything really to make conditions a little bit bearable.
Toilet facilities absolute disgrace and insufficient in numbers. Spoke to a steward who said the main portaloo area was closed. This was all due to the area being inaccessible due to the area being churned up by heavy vehicles driving over this part of the land.
So much confusion on who and what time the bands were playing. The organisers put a statement out that the Kooks, the headliners had dropped out. Under all the confusion, who could blame the band for cancelling .
Bar prices advertised as being reasonable. £7 a pint, £6 a can
Is that reasonable. We are from the north, a so called deprived part of the country. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.
Organisers sort it out or you will not have an event in the future.

Great lineup only things that let it down was the toilet facilities, there wasn't enough and the ones they did have weren't cleaned up properly, beer a bit pricey also

I'll be putting a complaint in as the festival was a shambles. Ground was horrific tech was horrific organisation was horrific. Won't be going ever again

Been to the Rock festival quite a few times always enjoyed it. This year was a little bit more different with a cancellations Of a band would definitely recommend it but the only thing that let it down this year is the bands were running half an hour late on each one and there was nothing to fill in the time so you spent quite a bit of time standing around waiting to see the acts overall great experience just think that they could've been filling moments with DJs or just even music playing in the background

Great music, lovely location. Festival great However camping facilities were appalling. 4 toilets for two fields of campers, filthy full and stinking before festival even opened. Told they hadn't been cleaned since last event, hard to believe but dirt and smell would confirm that. No water taps for drinking water. Fortunately security staff helped by sharing their own supply. If line up appealing enough may consider festival again but would def not camp!!

Filthy venue. The smell was foul. Hopefully no one will catch any bacterial illness.
Poor communication.
Top quality meal advertised. Equates to chicken or vegetarian chicken.
New team of independent caterers sent my daughter away without her prepaid meal at 6.30pm, although food should have been available until7pm.
Indoor arena was like a cesspit. No one stopped chairs in the arenas which were an additional tripping hazard.
A member of staff asked my young daughter if anyone was using the f**king chair next to her!
Little to no signage.
VIP toilets that were filthy from very early in the afternoon. One of three sinks had running water. I refilled toilets with cleaning products stacked up by the DJ myself, as staff seemed to spend plenty of time eating, talking and moaning.
Top of the bill pulled out at last minute. Don't blame them.
The cost of this treat £374. Unbelievable.
