Review of Gin and Disco Festival - Edinburgh
I attended the Edinburgh event and it let me really disappointed. It was really disorganized.
The venue has so much potential however already at 7 pm there was one functioning ladies toilet at level 2 and at towering queue of ladies at the lower level. It was a joke!!!!
Paying 25£ for a entrance ticket I would not expect to pay 7-8£ for a gin and tonic at the venue!
The "food market" was 3 lonely stalls and it was just OK.
Some of the DJ were good other not on theme and really reeeeaaally boring.
The dance floor at level 2 was empty all the time I have been at the party (7 to 11 pm), here there were the fancy gin bar, which of course didn't accept card payment and No cash machine was available at the venue. We managed to put some cash together and get one of this pricey drink there but they didn't have a license for making you carrying the drink downstairs so we were awkwardly stuck in this empty room for long while....
I was really looking forward to the event but it turn out not good. Thankfully, it was a beautiful warm sunny day and I was in amazing company so over all we had fun but I won't be going there again.

Review of Gin and Disco Festival - Edinburgh
This could have been such a great night. However, it was little less than mediocre. Great venue and the tunes were pretty good, but the beer was warm and expensive, there were only 3-4 food stalls and the bathrooms were pretty gross. We weren't allowed to take alcohol upstairs onto the second floor, which was frankly ridiculous. We left at 10.30pm, feeling thoroughly disappointed.

Review of Gin and Disco Festival - Edinburgh
Very expensive night. Music was not disco. Lots of security people. there was no information anywhere which said security staff would stop you going upstairs with gin bought downstairs. Definitely wouldn’t go back

Review of Gin and Disco Festival - Edinburgh
We were told it started at 3 and we turn up it starts at 4. The event was still being set up when we did arrive and we felt that we were an inconvenience to the staff.
The prices were absolutely ridiculous and the quality did not reflect the price!

Review of Gin and Disco Festival - Edinburgh
This event was really poor. The gin on offer was no better than the selection you would get in an average pub. There was no disco , funk or soul music. Atmosphere was non existent, especially upstairs as it was so bright.
You couldn’t take drinks between floors even though they were in plastic cups.
The Biscuit Factory is a great venue but this was not a great event. So over priced too.

Review of Gin and Disco Festival - Edinburgh
Gin shouldn’t have been it the title of this event. Poor selection, under poured and over priced. No glitter (as originally advertised). Venue itself is pretty cool but multiple toilets weren’t functioning. You couldn’t take your drinks from one floor to another which was pretty weird and seemed unreasonable. Generally I think this event under delivered.
