Sound forPhil Campbell in the upstairs of the biscuit factory was pretty awful. The venue itself both upstairs and down was dire. Alabama three, great band, fight broke out at the front and the wrong guy was thrown out. The floors in both places where wet, strewn with plastic glasses and really not a very good place to be. In fact, meeting the drunkards at 8 PM would not be recommended to any of my friends.

Waiting time at the bar was rediculous also the upstairs bar ran out of drink, prices off the drinks we terrible for cheap vodka and flat juice from big bottles which I'm sure your not actually allowed to do.

Loved it but next time you have a lot to put right. Toilets, no of bar staff, security for organising crowds, sound quality. These are forgiven first time but sort for next. Great venue(biscuit factory) bands and food so well done.toilets

I was only at the biscuit factory and luckily the krafty brew stage had been moved here allowing me to just move in between ALL the excellent acts, loved it. Great musical range of bands, hope you return next year.

Good music, atmosphere and idea. Could have been executed better. Toilets disgusting, bar queues ridiculous and prices too high. Also bought a headline act ticket. Pointless....

Fantastic night, some disappointment, no promised VIP bar.... ladies toilet blocked and lack of toilet paper. Shortcomings have been acknowledged by Krafty Brew and a partial refund is being done, so quite impressed with their quick response.

Very little information, need a description of type of music for every musician or band, no direction to the venues and the map and the brochure was not specific enough for foreigners to follow.

Paid for VIP tickets. Totally pointless as no private bar or sets as advertised. Total farce, VIP ticket got you two warm beers and hotdog. Lack of toilet facilities and general organisation.

Paid extra for the benefit of VIP as advertised and didn’t get anything i couldn’t have bought on site for less. Complete shambles. Shame as spoiled potentially great festival. Left before headline act Alabama 3.

Lots of local bands in several venues. They need to invest in some garbage cans though. Floor was filled with cans and bottles by the end of the night.

Great day. First year teething problems around staffing at bars, etc, but doesn’t detract from a great day.

Amazing music and venues,had a great day! My only criticisms would be that some of the toilet doors were not locking and security was not giving out any water to the people in the crowd and I had been standing there for 3/4 hours. Amazing day of music an well worth the cash!!

Terrible organisation, layout and set up. Artists were excellent but the EH6 experience was awful
