Absolute let down arrived just after 11 am when it should of started,nothing set up nothing ready. Rudely told to turn around and leave guy kept arguing with public . I know this was a free event but you expect it to be up and ready to go at time specified and not talk to like a piece of dirt

We enjoyed our day but unsure about the ticket system as we literally just walked in and through , nobody on the gates and didn't see anyone checking at any point . Good variety of food outlets and music . Great chilled atmosphere

Review of Exeter Street Food Festival 2024
Advertised as running 11AM to 11PM on Facebook. Arrived not long after 12 on Friday 14th, all gates to the venue locked, spent 45 minutes walking around the venue looking for an entrance to the festival with a hungry screaming toddler to finally find a member of staff that explained it didn't open until 2PM! All the sign posting was laid out terribly and nothing explained the opening times. Ended up not attending and had to go elsewhere for food to calm my daughter down.

Review of Exeter Street Food Festival 2024
I came to this with my family and we all had a great time. We avoided most of the rain, fortunately and got to enjoy the sun while we were there.
The event staff were lovely and really friendly. There was a decent range of food and the prices were reasonable considering how everything has gone up everywhere thesedays.
I had a fantastic macaroni and cheese with some pulled pork which was incredible, my brother had a hot dog from the same stall which he said was excellent!
My boyfriend had a wrap from the Moroccan place that he enjoyed, said the chicken swarma was excellent.
My aunt had some bao-buns which she really liked.
We had some Taco's to share later on which again were very good, although maybe a little pricey for the portion size.
Before leaving we got some Churros which again were very good, I've had churros in the past which were not so great but these tasted excellent.
Bar staff all seemed friendly, my boyfriend and his friend were a little disappointed that the IPA wasn't available due to a fault but sometimes these things can't be helped.
Could be improved with a few more lives acts, there seemed to be quite a gap between them. Will definately go again though!

The support staff were fantastically helpful but the food was at best of average quality. Moreover, the organisation would have been better if table numbers had been allocated to those booking them - as it was there was no check on who was sitting a them.
