The queues were diabolical. There was no crowd control.
The organisers kept changing their mind about which door/gate you can enter and exit in, leaving a lot of annoyed people (especially when you had queued, been told to enter another gate, then told no you can't and join the original queue at the end.
We never even made it inside as yet again there were more queues. People were leaving amd saying once inside you can't see anything as it's jam packed. Never again would we go, unless som**hing drastic changes

Very cramped for the Christmas mark*t indoors area, out door open spaces should have been utilised better,with not much variety in stalls, very very limited food options and parking was disorganised and not very well managed. A 1hour 15 minutes qué to get in regardless of pre arranged tick*ts with arrival times was a very sub-par experience.

Terribly organised.
Car parking a nightmare. No one there to divert traffic.
Main sports hall rammed full, could hardly move.

Don't know where to start it was a total shambles I had tick*ts yet most people didn't and there was no control over who got in queuing up for ages with hundreds of others security didn't have a clue and were shouting at everyone we left as soon as we could get out never again!

The event was absolute chaos. Far too many people allowed in it became dangerous. Untrained staff and extremely poorly organised. Can't believe these people are actual professional event organisers. Shocking. Will never attend an even hosted by them again

The organisation of the venue was particularly poor. No Signposting around the event on the local roads meant that I sat on a single lane stretch of road for 1 hour waiting to get to the carpark which was then closed without warning due to being full. Cars were parked illegally and dangerous on the surrounding roads making it difficult to then find a parking alternative. Once parked, the roads and pavements were then dangerous to navigate, again due to lack of signposting and dangerous parking.
As this was a tick*ted event I expected numbers to be limited which wasn't the case, queuing outside for extended periods to get in. Toilets not available. Difficulty leaving the venue. Overall a very disappointing experience which I wouldn't attend in future
