After numerous of us travelling to the mark*t from Gretna we didn't even get access due to it being so busy. If it's going to be a tick*ted event i suggest limiting the tick*ts allowed or make it paid for so people can get access

It was a tick*t event. Staggered entry. Little accessable parking for disabled.
Qued for 30 mins before getting in. Hundreds in queue. So much for tick*t entry. Anyone got in. Not well thought out
Then it was not supervised at all. Crowds just shuffling along aisles. Too crowded to get to stalls. No music, wasn't xmassy at all. Spent time queuing to get in. Queuing to go round, queuing to get out.
Staff didn't have a clue. Outside was better for moving around. Sadly hardly any stalls out there.

The event would of been a lot better and not as rushed if the staff had done their job and checked peoples tick*ts especially as there where specific times for the Christmas mark*t, we couldn't see everything as everywhere was crammed pack nit felt like being in a sardine tin. I would also like to.point out that this event would if been no good for a person with autism who can't deal with noise and crowds as the staff just let everyone in at once with no consideration for people's wealth fare, however that said if it was manged better I would definitely go again as it is a good venue

Had to queue for over 1 hour stalls cramped together needed a wider aisle no seating indoors. Tick*ts weren't checked and no disabled access.Needs a lot done to entice me back

Took over an hour to get in and it wasn't a Christmas mark*t / fayre, sure a few stalls selling over priced wreaths but the rest over 90% were tat selling jewellery or sweets / cakes or plaques and football stuff.
No log fired pizza as advertised and the food options outside were poor around 5 and that was it, no music no atmosphere or anything. Not a single glimpse of Santa clause or anything.
Travelled an hour there and an hour back home and we certainly won't come again.

It was a complete farce. No one guilding traffic it took me an hour to get half a mile to be told car park full to park on road. No signs with in building to say where to go. They a sin to a door saying way out door was locked health and safety out the window .

Had to tick stars to allow for review to be added. Would like "0" stars!! Traffic nightmare, parking atrocious and disorganised. Tick*ted venue but people without a tick*t allowed entry. Moved from queue to queue then not allowed entry due to volume of people. Was still waiting when noticed people coming out with no goods. Asked a number of separate people. They said- 1 Christmas type stall, rest food stalls. Total rubbish. We left. We travelled in 2 car loads from Middlesbrough, waste of time and money. Never again!

There was no organisation or music, tick*ts not checked,waited an hour, spent 10mins in the place very disappointed. Will not bother again. As for venue inadequate parking and vehicle access.

Traffic was terrible to try and get to the venue. Trying to park took 40 minutes and the queue was 50 minutes to wait aswell as a 15 minute walk upto the que which would of given us 40 minutes at the venue. So left it

Far too many people allowed into the Christmas Mark*t to the point it was not only dangerous, but also illegal. There should have been fewer gaps between the stalls to allow more customers to walk around. Tick*ts should have had timed entry. Items were massively over priced. No hog roast as advertised.

This event was really badly organised from the start of arriving there was no one directing traffic they had you queuing on the road and with a pushchair it was quite dangerous at one point so I had to leave my family and wait on the path on the other side and rejoin them at the entrance when we eventually got there. No one checked tick*ts on entry. We had two hungry children one of which is 1 years old so we headed straight outside for some food passing the indoor sweets stall which I promised my step son we would get him some sweets before we left. After food we headed well tried to head back to the indoor stalls to be told in an abrupt manor we weren't allowed back in as there was too many people inside! If we wanted to go in we had to rejoin the queue outside which was huge!!!!

The queuing system was a shambles there was a nassive queue outside nobody knew where the end was so they opened the back gates and let loads in there not sure i would go again just for that reason

Absolutely health and safety risk
Also not 200 stalls and not the biggest at all
Got sent to go outside to look around there by staff and they said came back in to inside stalls
However refused entry and told to stand in queue outside of the mark*t which was for the 1 pm tick*ts as to say I left will not return !
