Fire hazard waiting to happen inside hall(too crowded, hard to move around) missed loads of stalls due to not being able to get to them. Car parking a nightmare. No stuarts on earlier to direct cars to available spaces which were zero at 10.45am. I had to inform Stuart that the car parks were full up but cars were still coming in. Stall holders for coffee were arguing with other when orders were made up wrong, 27 minutes I waited in the queue, there coffee machine was too small to accommodate the amount of people at the fair, maybe should not be allowed back next time. We were so cold waiting we decided just to go home. Suggestion: do most of the fair outdoors all around the track, safer and gives everyone a better chance of seeing everything.

Horrendous organisation - queues around the block for hours to to get. Cars stuck for hours. We had tick*ts but could not even gain entry as queues in excess of an hour and had young children. Total shambles.

Despite, like many, having pre booked tick*ts with time slot there was a . 1.5hour wait to get in.!!
It was outside, in the cold, Som**hing my mother was unable to withstand due to mobility issues.
No info or updates from staff on site apart from overhearing them turning cars away from carpark (which had lots of empty spaces!!) saying there's at least an hours queue. No carparking available. Crazy & dangerous set up.
This system does not allow me to leave zero star reviews, which, I would choose if possible!!
One star reviews given reluctantly.

The car parking started it off traffic jammed and the lady was quite rude and even when people were waiting to get in she was telling the other worker someone best come and take over her before she punches someone. We turned the car round and Parked near by when we walked round the corner there was ques no where knew where the end was it was just crazy. Waited about 30 mins then they opened the back doors for you to get into the back part but then had to re queue to get in the indoor part there was people going all over no directional way in and you couldn't get anywhere near some stalls to look. There wasn't as many stalls there as expected. Wouldn't recommend and don't think I will return.

Booked an allocated time slot to arrive had to queue to get in, way to overcrowded and a fire safety issue. Nobody checked tick*ts at all people were coming in from all the entrances. Nothing really Christmassy about the mark*t.

Booked a tick*t with a time slot. When I arrived queues were over an hour with no preference for tick*ts - all one line. Absolutely pointless getting a tick*t. Waited in queue for 20 minutes then left without going in. Absolute shambles.

Despite having tick*ts for an arrival slot never got in. Half hour queue on road to stadium, no signage, no parking available and could see a very long queue to enter hall. Turned around and went home. Very disappointing.

Absolute terrible Christmas mark*t at Gateshead stadium on Sunday 10th November no organization at all staff didn't have a clue had to queue for over an our just to get in then it was so full you couldn't get moved very expensive and no Christmas atmosphere at all no decorations or music very disappointing would not return if on again next year.

No organisation at all, tick*ts were not even looked at! No seating for disabled people or anyone. Look at putting some places to eat and sit indoors.
It was a fire hazard.

Awful event. Chaos from arrival. No security or stewards so the queuing system was a mess. Stood in the mess of a queue for 1 hour then the 1 security person they had on the entrance was getting constant abuse from angry visitors. When we finally got in to the event it reminded me of a school fair, how they badged this as a "Christmas Mark*t" is a joke. We were there 10 minutes and left. Would never return.

There was very poor organisation of this event. Despite obtaining tick*ts for the 11am - 1pm slot they weren't even checking tick*ts and just let anyone in. Far too many people in such a cramped venue. We couldn't even get to the stalls to shop. It was absolute bedlam with not enough parking either. Would never go again.

After travelling over 40 miles to the venue we queued 50 minutes to park the car, then joined a queue. The queue was not moving forward, however, someone inside opened the rear doors and the back of the queue flooded in.
We abandoned our visit, total waste of fuel and time.
Poorly organised event.

The ques to get in were rediculous to the point we ended up having to leave before we got anywhere near.
The system wasn't organised at all and had deffinitly put me off going again. Such a shame
