Review of Glasgow Winterfest - ICE SKATING (Weekend Tickets)
Really not worth the effort- 100 people on a tiny ice rink that was not in the best condition. The girls came off within 30mins as they could barely move.

Review of Glasgow Winterfest - ICE SKATING (Weekend Tickets)
The issue we had was we booked tick*ts on line for 10am and the venue didn't actually open until 11am. As we were only in Glasgow for the day this impacted our plans When we got in it took a while to get our tick*ts checked and pick up skates as initially only one member of staff was doing this. Not as good an experience as previous years and we had less time on the ice.

Review of Glasgow Winterfest - ICE SKATING (Weekend Tickets)
A rip off. Poor maintained ice and skates.
A free for all in the rink with no music or atmosphere.
You have to pay extra for skating aids for children after paying to skate. Dundee was way better

Review of Glasgow Winterfest - ICE SKATING (Weekend Tickets)
It was poorly managed with large queues, what was point of pre booking tickets ? Nowhere to leave belongings, when changing into skates feet got wet and dirty. Not worth £15 a ticket more like £5 a ticket !

Review of Glasgow Winterfest - ICE SKATING (Weekend Tickets)
Very basic, not very christmassy. Ice was terrible, if you can even call it ice. Kids love ice skating but only lasted 30 minutes as it was impossible to skate properly, far too busy and only allowed to go round in a circle. Not worth £65 for 4 of us absolute rip off.

Review of Glasgow Winterfest - ICE SKATING (Weekend Tickets)
Family of 4 got there before or time slot waited in queue for what seemed a long time. Asked an assistant who advised to go to the front as we already had tick*ts and the queue was for people without tick*ts! No signs to say this. Got our skates and got on the ice the capacity seemed crowed no one could properly skate seemed very dangerous to me. Asked the assistant to be told they weren't even at capacity hard to believe! The ice had t been cleaned between sessions so was hard to skate. Session got stopped at 18.39 then made to que to get off told to take skates off before we got down the queue, basically forced to walk in socks which resulted in wet socks. Do not recommend the ice rink was also very small compared to previous years a total rip off

Review of Glasgow WinterFest - Ice Skating (Mondays - Thursdays)
Was well organised and not too many people on the ice at one time. However, very pricey for 45 mins and the poor quality of the ice made it difficult to skate on.
