The man serving us wasn't there when we arrived and he was so unfriendly when he did arrive. He created a bad atmosphere in the place with his attitude of not caring or providing a friendly service. I spoke to Monique about him when leaving our session. Very rude to my children.

Event it’s self looks amazing ice skating prices are quite expensive especially if you are going with ASD kid And only went on for 2 min before he said one of the skate was very wet so sensory over load and we left going on the free wall before we left that’s expensive too but seeing the city lights is beautiful

Arrived at the venue and was told the ice rink wasn't frozen yet as it had been delays. No communication and we only booked around 30mins before the event. Around 4 other party's also in the same position. Waiting for refund.
