Every year I go seems like it could be so good with so much potential but the staff aren’t very helpful there’s absolutely no atmosphere it’s re only Halloween themed event some staff are lovely some couldn’t really care less for your safety . If I ran that event I would have it so that the atmosphere is amazing and the kids don’t want to leave 3 years I’ve been and every year my girls have said can we leave now? They want to go home it’s just missing something ghost train was rubbish some rides really good but you don’t feel safe on them no rapport with any staff waste of money I craved for it to be a great day out but it wasn’t

Definitely worth the money guys on shows was helpful when asked help kids on shows very clean and tidy

The entry fee is high and then they charge you £5.00 for some of the attractions, for example the zip line and the hook a duck stall. Not good value and the adult band cannot be swapped between parents. Total rip off.

Only downside was that food stalls didn't accept card payments. Daughter and her friends had to leave to get food elsewhere which in turn shortened their experience
