Review of Spooktacular
It was not as Spooktacular as it could have been, also adults having to pay just to get in with the kids. This time of year should have had a heated area for adults,could have been covered by the £4 admission fee.

My only complaint would be that there isn’t separate wrist bands given for queues for people with disabilities as it was really difficult for my son with it being busy. No ASN sessions either. A few people I know have complained about this. Otherwise it’s a great night out!

They don’t refund when u book the wrong time and they don’t have good music and they haven’t refunded me for the tickets I didn’t get to use and the rides we’re spinning rides all of them and the food there is disgusting but I will say the guys who work there some of them were nice but a couple and I passed out on one of the rides and my friends who were there we’re trying to get the ride stopped bc I had passed out and the guy just looked and done nothing

Review of Spooktacular
Kids had a great time. Thankfully the queues were not too bad. Staff were lovely. Glad it was a dry night as I would hate to be hanging around as there is no shelter for non riders. Bonus for non riders was that our ticket enabled us to leave and come back later so we didn't have to stand around all night.
