My girl waited in a queue outside for 2.5 hrs to be told the concert had been cancelled this was very badly managed and she feels traumatised after witnessing some of the things that was happening while she queued. I will be looking for a full refund.

Waited in the queue to be told that it was cancelled and everyone ordered to leave by police. Turns out the event still went ahead, with the people that they'd already let in. Hundreds of people left out of pocket and disappointed. The event was also advertised as over 14s and the 'under 18s accompanied by an adult' only added after tickets sold. No direct notification by email, to let people know this or offer refund. The event was cancelled so we should be refunded please. Really poor show.

The security on the door need some training on how to speak to young girls!!! The way they spoke to my 16yr old daughter and her friends were appalling and a formal conplaint will be made! Grown men shouting in their faces is unacceptable and for them to feel as intimidated as they did by these men did not go down well!!!!

Event organization was Chaos and kids never got in expect a refund or another night offered free. How are refund given ?

It was terrible the line outside wee kids realy drunk and 2 young boys were fighting one got stabbed

Got cancelled, the thing wasn't sep up properly giving it was an unders thing you'd think security set up would have been alot better children fighting getting stabbed never been so disgusted in all my life.

What a disgrace of an event held by slay, espically as it was for younger teenagers, the doors were closed on them at 8pm which caused an uproar outside... kids were fighting and my daughter ended up being hurt badly and i ended up spending the night at a police station with a distraught teenager who will never forget what happend to her. This would never have happen if the event had proper securiry and protected the childen outside theor venue and never shut them out. Yoy neglected they children slay and you WILL be held responsilke for what happen to my daughter

I am very disappointed in this event as it was cancelled justcasy girls got to entrance vecause of fighting this was a bday present to my granddaughter and her 2 aunties .it wasn't organised properly and the stewards were screaming at children to f**k off so defo not very happy and u want some one from this event to contact me

My daughter stood outside the venue for 2 hours due to some intoxicated people in the que the venue left 14 year old kids outside and closed doors the kids didn’t get into the venue

Full scale riot started and my son and daughter were in queue to get in so police moved everybody away and they never got in 🤬

My son waited in the queue only for the doors to be closed and he didn’t get in to the concert. Very bad service and wouldn’t recommend.

Absolute shambles my daughter was left stranded in town as the gig got cancelled for the kids that were outside and couldn’t get in I would appreciate my money back
