Waited over an hour to not get in and had valid id and still wouldnt accept it, no que so everyone was stood in a mob, security were rude and not understanding, had people passing out left right and centre, no control over getting in, felt massively unsafe, complete joke and waste of money.

Came and didnt even get in along with 70% of the crowd yet wee 13yr olds got in with there mums. Absolutely shocking lugzy bro

sat in line for 2 hours didn’t even get in for no reason had an 18+

Absolute disgrace left standing outside for almost 2 hours to then be turned away and told the event was cancelled! 5 police vans turned up and my daughter was left disappointed i expect a full refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn’t even get to use the tickets doors were locked by the time I got to the door. Waste of money. I would appreciate a refund for my 4 ticket 😡😡😡

I’m a mum who took my 3 kids waited in the queue , all the teenagers there were heavily intoxicated fights broke out and knifes were used the police shut it down never got in , took my kids away for there saftey i want a refund ! Never again!!
