Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
This is a fake review site. It doesnt do sentiment analysis on content. The acts are at best passable, security is amazingly bad. Its really a scam to extract max cash for an incredibly low effort.
The bands are late, unprepared & unrepresentative of whatever flyer they picked at random. Food & drink is run by incompetents on less than minimum wage providing overpriced disgusting items. Weak alcopops and deep fried yuk

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Awful event. Badly organised. 3 bands pulled out. Practically strip searched on the way in. No food left at 5:30. Over priced chicken nuggets and chips for £12 was the the only option. Booked for VIP tickets, but we were behind the stage and couldn't see the bands so ended up down stairs with everyone else. Long queue for drinks, which were so over priced £6.50 for a can of cider and 9.50 for a shot of spirts.
We ended up leaving around 6pm along with many others.
Security guards were mob handed and approached people with no less than 7/8 each time. So over the top for someone dancing on a bench. If they didn't comply they were escorted off the premises. Disgusting, bully tactics.
Would never go again. So badly organised.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Music and atmosphere good but bar and food prices extortionate and security staff rude. Not allowed any of own food which meant only food on offer was junk food and this was a 10 hour festival! Would not go again

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Doors opened at midday, draft ale ran out by 3, all draft lagers ran out by 4, leaving only 440 cans at an exorbitant £7, not even chilled. Revolting overpriced wine. Inadequate number of toilets, not maintained so lack of paper. Inadequate amount of food choices with hour long wait. No re-entry is ridiculous. We left early.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Shocking organisation at this event. Paid £150 for VIP tickets with the vip seating area behind the stage, couldn't even see the bands. Bar ran out of drinks 3hrs into the 10hr event. No toilet roll or hand soap for toilets. No where near enough seating for the amount of vip ticket holders. No one in charge of the event present just security. So many people cross and in the same situation. I am requesting a full refund for this poorly run, money making event.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Worst event I've been to. Security were bullies who spent the event trying to get power by chucking people out and assaulting them for no reason. People advertised to sing, didn't even sing. Prices were ridiculous. Draught beer ran out at 3pm, 2.5 hours after doors opened. Advertised as disability friendly and child friendly, complete opposite. Forced my diabetic disabled father to throw his emergency sugar supply away as it was "food". Forced people that were sat down for 4 hours to move after 4 hours to the back where it was packed solid. Event was extremely poorly planned. 2 food stalls, which had queues of over 90 minutes. Not allowed to leave the venue. Staff were useless. Security were bullies that was looking for fights, even with elderly. AWFUL. Left after 4 hours of this waste of money.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Had run out of a lot of drinks by the time we arrived at 3pm! No one had any idea of the running order of the bands. The security were too visible and aggressive. People were being forced to stand up when the venue wasn't even that busy. Overall very disapppinting.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Not only was this event not as advertised, it was very poorly organised. Food and drinks not available. If you purchase VIP it says 'queue jump'-there are no queues you are able to jump! VIP area over subscribed so was not able to access. £9 for Small warm wine in plastic cup. Shame as the acts that did perform were fab, this is not a reflection on them.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Very disappointing. The event went on for 10 hours with no information on who was playing when. Own food or drink wasn't allowed and the selection were extremely restrictive in the venue as well as expensive. No re-entry was permitted & the security were quite abrupt to people on a number of occasions. There were long 'queues'/ free for alls for the toilets with no toilet paper or sanitiser. Everyone was complaining although Elton John was good. We left at 4pm due to all the points made despite missing all the singers who we had hoped to enjoy. A true and utter letdown sadly.

Drinks price was ridiculously expensive and not much choices of foods. You cant exit and return to the venue. Musicians stated on the show information not all showed.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Lovely friendly event. But £6.50 for a can of beer that isn't even a pint and £26 for 2 hot dogs and a portion of chips. That's just greedy. Ironically if they lowered their prices they would have probably sold more. These stalls should be regulated and the pier owner less money grabbing and think of the community.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Many of the acts were not as billed and the sound quality was awful.
Beer ran out at 5 o'clock and there were only 3 food places. Took over an hour to get served because of this. Definitely not worth the price of admission. Left early.
On a brighter note, the Elton John tribute was fantastic.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Very poorly run event, ran out of beer and wine 2 hours into the 10 hour event, no toilet roll at toilets, no where to wash your hands, not enough bins so litter was going in the ocean, only 3 food stalls so queues were hours long and they also ran out of food, so long to wait in between sets, bouncers were so unprofessional and inappropriate, the whole event was an absolute mess Hastings pier should be ashamed of itself

More organisation needed
Poor organisation - beer run out at 4pm
Organisers ( & intimidating security people ) decided to move chairs and seating back half way through the event disrupting everyone including the old and infirm
Food and drink over priced
VIP non existent
Seating at the back of the stage with no view !
No special queue
Toilets were shared with non VIP
VIP bar was small
No line up advertised
No re- entry after entering despite a wrist band !
Half the bands advertised didn't turn up
On a plus note
The bands we did see were very good - the Elton John tribute was exceptional and saved the day !

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Published acts did not attend, ran out of beer (which was extortionate pricing), security were bullish and unhelpful, only two options for food... nothing advertised was there. Don't waste money on VIP tickets as it's the worst seat in the house and you don't get what you pay for/ is promised. Elton John was good, but none of the acts we wanted to see on the line up were there, very poor event from Skiddle. Have been to a few from Skiddle and this was awful.
