Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Very disappointing. Very few places to eat and long queues.
No access to water - even though water was confiscated on entry.
Beer ran out by 3pm.
No programme.
Weren't allowed re-entry.
I wouldn't book a skiddle event again.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Where to start! Spoke to security about my 12 year old son coming in after 5 as he was at sports event and would be late, was told no! 5 was the cut off point! Went back to the gate at 6pm to see people still being allowed.to enter! Hes a child! Beer run out my 4pm! Cans so over priced, food queues ridiculous and vip at back of stage ! To end the day was dancing on dance floor with friends to have 9 odd bouncers storm through throwing someone out and in the process literally wiped my friend off her feet! She was hurt! No apology! Nothing! I had to pick her up as noone bothered to help! The security was a joke ! 9 to remove 1 person! Line up was changed, booked to watch oasis yet they wasn't on. No drinks allowed when going to the toilet, was told to leave with a security guard! Like I was going to do that! Such a shame as has the potential to be so good! Bad organisation all round

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
This was a badly organised event with no consideration for people with disabilities. I was asked to empty my son's water bottle on arrival, so rhe only way to get a drink was to queue up at the bar or one of only 2 food outlets so massive queues. No easily accessible toilets. We were told the disabled toilet was at the back of the pier which would have meant navigating my son through a packed crowd, in which fights kept breaking out. Also no reentrance allowed. Very disappointing. Hastings Pier, you need to do better.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Late opening up. Don't bother with VIP tickets totally worthless. Venue ran out of draft beer by 2pm then cans, these were warm and expensive. Cancelled the best 3 tributes. The only one any good was Elton John and Rod Stewart was ok.
Food ran out as well.
Poorly managed

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
We went to a look a like festival on Hastings pier Sunday. Total rip off! No way to contact Skiddle to complain. ALL reviews are terrible. Avoid at all costs, bunch of rip off merchants! The venue ran out of food and drink, security were a bunch of thugs, prices were sky high, half the bands advertised didn't show up, bands that did show up were "ok" at best, Spice girls were terrible and The Beetles thought they were the ACTUAL beetles rather than a tribute band! And let's not even talk about the VIP area being BEHIND the stage and overly sold out so you couldn't get in even when you were a VIP. Horrendous experience, AVOID!!!!

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Absolutely dreadful. No information prior to the event as to whether chairs could taken in. The bars ran out of beer at around 3pm, were on sale at ridiculous prices. We arrived at 2. 35 and left at 4.30. The only redeeming feature was the Elton John tribute who was excellent. Get your act sorted!!

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
What an absolute disgrace of a company and event. We purchased VIP tickets to find the VIP area gave a great view of the BACK of the stage and all of the electrics with barely audible acoustics. The bars ran out of tapped beer 3.5hrs into the event. The prices were astronomical (£25 for 2 beers, a gin and lemonade and 7up) and the food places inadequate. The acts were OK but the sound quality was poor and some performers were not strong enough vocally. Additionally the line up was not what was originally advertised or as many! Security swarmed en mass around the place being over the top, intimidating and heavy handed. Whilst walking through the crowd they were puching me from behind. I will NEVER attend another event and NEVER recommend to anyone else to attend ... give it wide berth!!

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
The security was appallingly, manhandling people including a 74 year old lady, carried her off the venue. Disgusting behaviour!! Drinks ran out by 4pm, only one food stall, only 4 acts out if the 11 advertised. Security wanted to take my medication inhalers from me, their language and attitude to me, 64 year old lady, was disgusting. Only let me go once I showed my nhs app showing medication. Will be reporting them all to local council, I left in tears, what a waste of money. Do not ever attend a skiddle event, bad organisation and bad attitudes, not a member of skiddle staff or management to be seen 😡

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
Food stalls limited in choice and ran out of food by early evening. No attempt was made to cool drinks so warm cans of beer and cider. No effort made at all at event. Music up to 5:30 mediocre or poor (excluding Elton who put on a. Good show) so sad as could have been good. I left at 5:30 as hungry and thirsty!!

Possibly the worst festival I have been to. Ridiculously overpriced drinks & food. Ran out of draft drinks in little over an hour. Over-zealous security disregarding customers who are disabled & insisted all chairs removed. Nothing in T&C's. No re-admission opportunity.

The worst 'festival' I have ever been too. 2 food vans that ripped you off for a handful of greasy food. My friend was swarmed by 10 security guards as they thought he'd not paid for drinks, whilst not having any drinks on him, he was then escorted by security surrounding him to the bar, once there, the bar staff looked confused. We then saw them swarm another man that had a ginger beard and hat on, for what they were accusing him off I'm not sure why it took 10 security guards 🤦🏻♀️. Anyway, it was hardly a festival, one 'stage' with s**t sound system, don't waste your money.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Hastings!
The worst organised gig I have ever been to! Gates open at 12 noon but didn't open until near one, security taking sweets of kids on bag search even though there was nowhere to buy things like that once you were in. 10 hour festival and run out of draught beet after 3 hours, promised street food stalls but all we got was a burger place and a curry place, which had huge queues by mid afternoon. Security were just so over the top, you were encouraged to bring fold up chairs but after setting up and watching the early acts were told to move to the back.
Rod Stewart - dreadful
Elton John - good
Spice Girls - good god so bad
Beatles - OK
Abba- Good
Queen - very average
Oasis, David Bowie, Fleetwood Mac - No show
Awful gig I am sorry for you if there are any other event like this and you have purchased tickets, don't go with too much hope, I certainly will not be back!
