Review of The Crypt
Witnessed a transphobic situation last night. As a male security guard was going around telling loads of other customers “she’s a bloke” and when confronted he had no remorse and said “because he is”. As a security guard their job is to keep a safe and happy environment for everyone involved - this is what they are paid todo. He failed todo this. A higher up member of staff was told about this and the security man was made to apologise and all he said was “sorry”. I expect to see this be dealt with and sorted. Do better

Review of The Crypt
a go to but unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience the last night. a security guard openly exposed with no rhyme or reason to an already intoxicated crowd of men, a trans woman therefore endangering her safety as this is potentially a threatening situation and after raising this to concern we received nothing but an a faint hearted apology which was clearly forced and not genuine. i am extremely disappointed and disgraced by this experience by this one security member.
