Amazing music and atmosphere had a great time, only issue was it was impossible to get a drink at the bar! No where near enough bar staff for the amount of people. We had to leave and go to another place everytime we wanted a drink which is a bit ridiculous! It was super hot in there too. Still overall had a great time

Was unable to get served at the bar not enough staff for the amount of people at the venue people were having to leave the venue to get drinks from nearby bars which is unacceptable when you are having to miss out on the artists due to the poor venue.
The music was difficult to hear it sounded really muffled really disappointing for the amount spent on the tickets.

Last couple of acts were crap, and we were really looking forward to technotronic as well. The other bar for spirits/s**ts only had nobody there and should have been open to all beers.
Sound system wasn't the best either, really distorted in my opinion .
Good to have an event like this in hull tho ?'?🏼

Queuing an hour at the bar for a drink was unacceptable when people go out to dance not spend most of night waiting to be served. Which is down to Event management not Shane and Dean. Always enjoy their night's just the venue that let them down sadly through no fault of their's.

Could not get a drink, waited for an hour in a que then give up and left, absolutely gutted and does not deserve 1 star

The crowd was a really decent one and the music was overall good (apart from a few rogue non-90's tracks!) but the venue really let it down. The bar was really understaffed but the staff they did have were sulky and not very good at knowing who'd been waiting the longest - I saw two men give up after over 30 mins at the front ...if you dared to politely point out to the staff who was next it was met with attitude and an apparent determination to serve anyone but the person. It wasn't helped by every single bottle having to be opened and poured into a plastic glass - you didn't have to do that in the 90's! Enjoyed it, but having spent 90 mins of my time in the venue waiting to get served for two drinks I can safely say I will not be visiting the venue again. Such a shame because the older crowd really turned up for this event and were let down by a very very poor service.

Music and atmosphere amazing. Bar staff unhelpful and rude and took an hour to get a drink each time. Only ended up with 2 drinks all night as was so stressful.

The whole event was a disaster start to finish. Huge queue to get in, even though prepaid tickets. One bar was not open because card machines were not working. This left one bar to serve 1500 people. 45 minute wait to get a drink, ridiculous. The music was decent, but the sound quality was poor. All you could hear was the bass sadly. We left after an hour. Currently trying to source a refund and getting no response, will be taking this further if no response received.

Sound wasn't great. Not enough bar staff, despite lots of lasses wandering around selling shots, why they weren't put on the bars to serve is a complete mystery. Could have been a great night as the acts were really good but I wouldn't go to another event at that venue.

music and atmosphere amazing ,bar was a joke but I was here for the music so I could ignore that , not waiting an hour for a drink so waited and got 2 when it quietened down. I know the organiser and the issues where not his fault , this was down to the venue management and not him. keep going Shane you smashed it with the acts and music

We left after an hour, no chance of getting served, would of still been waiting now. Then on the spirits bar the card machine went down. Ridiculous. Cash never fails. Never again.

Poor quality sound. Waiting time to be served was appalling. Bar staff vaping while serving. Toilets are disgusting and the queue was far too long.
