Venue was terrible, too small, no staff, 30min wait times! It was very poorly put together, we only stayed 40mins and left!! Wouldn't recommend!!

Music and acts were great, would of expected a bigger/more well known song to end the set. Bar service was terrible and severely understaffed (2 people serving at 1 of two bars) and payment was card only but the terminals kept going down due to poor internet connection. Wait to be served was also at least 30 mins each time. Entire area poorly ventilated too for the amount of people in the vicinity.

Took way to long to get a drink knowing how busy the event was going to be they should of been a lot more bar staff working
Wasn't really what I was hoping for if am honest don't think I would go to one of these events again
Venue wasn't the best either

The whole night was brilliant but went to the bar twice 30 minutes waiting to get served then the second time spent 45 minutes waiting at the bar there wasn't enough bar staff on which ment less time for dancing

unorganised chaos! couldnt get to the bar kept leaving to go to brewdog for a drink. Didnt end up seeing a single band because of this. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere absolute waste of money.

If there is any info about where to complain please let me know. It's hard to pin point a positive. Performers were inaudible, bat staff at closed bar openly admitted it was a sh** show and severely understaffed, an entire bar closed. Didn't manage to get a drink in there, left after a little over an hour. They saved on electric though because the place was almost pitch black!

Shocking event, expensive tickets for a really poor experience.
45 min wait at the bar, which was overcrowded, not enough staff for the amount of customers.
The sound system was rubbish, which caused the music and quality of the artists to be distorted.
The poor reviews post has already been removed from the organisers Facebook page, which speaks volumes.
We left early and missed acts we'd been looking forward to seeing as a result of it being so poor. Apparently the the 'sound system and lighting will be on a festival scale', according to the advertisements. What an absolute joke.
Unable to get a refund but don't waste your money.

The music was just dance music and after a few hours it was just head banging and u could hear was the base not the signers.. wasn’t worth 28 pounds and would defo not go again

It was an absolute joke you need more bar staff at these events couldn’t get served for an hour so we left along with lots of other people what a waste of money won’t be going again

Paying £35 to a venue and you couldn’t even get a drink from the bar queeing for like an hour and half. Card machine was down made the wait longer to get drunk and have fun

Very poor lighting couldn’t even see the last two acts really looking forward to technotronic but just one of their songs and a lot of songs that we had heard in the previous acts and the sound quality was terrible fantastic atmosphere ended up being a little bit of a let down could have been so much better I understand teething problems and a positive note one of our group had mobility issues I went to see if I could get a chair for him I did get one and when we left I returned the chair to the gentleman who helped us his name was James

There was no bar staff the music was not good. You couldn’t actually hear the singers sing. The songs were repeated quite a lot. I wouldn’t do this again not good not impressed. Very expensive for what it was.

Waited for 1 hour 38 minutes to be served by inexperienced bar staff who was only serving the people in front of her therefore missing the acts asked for 6 dark rum and c**es to be given Malibu …… as that was the only rum they had …. The queue was totally pissed off 15 of us left at 9. People were clearly going out and buying booze and bringing it in . It’ was my friends leaving night to go to Australia it was totally ruined …
