Review of South East Soul, Reggae & Ska Festival
The directions to the venue was incorrect and took 50 mins to walk from train station Fairlop, therr were no signs of the event on main road met a lot of people that also struggle to find the venue, there was not enough food stalls as they ran out of food very quickly, which is disappointing, the VIP area only 1 toilet out of the 2 was working, not enough chairs to sit it, should have more facilities available if paying VIP for example clock room, the music bands were good venue was disappointing unfortunately

Overall enjoyed the event. Artists were fantastic BUT!!!!!
Not allowed to bring own food & drinks...Food and beverage prices were extortion. £7.50 for a can of Budweiser...Cmon!!! Choice of beverages was limiting. Overall is expensive day with overcharging people for food & drinks...
Bit of a trek from Fairlop Tube station. Not well signposted. Could do with some speed humps along the road as had to walk in a single file...VERY MUDDY at the event. Toilets were ewww....Venue is a bit out of the way if you wanted to leave and get food elsewhere. No wristbands were given...
I would not go this venue again. Liked the music but venue and overcharging for food & drink was letdown.

Great tunes but communication before the event was very aggressive. Definitely could have been more forthcoming with timings. Drink prices outrageous £8.50 for a small can of lager. The venue actually seemed empty. Just a handful of food options. Staff were friendly.

Review of South East Soul, Reggae & Ska Festival
We had an amazing time at this festival! The music was spot on, exactly what we love, and the atmosphere was great - everyone was super friendly and just there to have a good time. We didn't have to be mashed up with everyone in front of the stage to get a good view and hear the awesome music, and security were present but not in your face. So much better than these huge festivals that are vast, and packed with people. The only drawback was the fairly long walk from the station, but it was worth it!

There was no choice of food no carribean except for patties which sold out within no time we was unable to go back to our car to change shoes or get our chairs, we was told it was no reentry and it was on the tickets I have checked tickets and skiddle App and could not find that anywhere was told it is same at all festivals but I know from past few years that is not true as you usually get a wrist band. Aswad were good as always though.

The atmosphere was great, felt safe inside venue, the food prices were an absolute joke! Not worth the money!
Music was fantastic on the main stage could have been better in the smaller tent!
More toilets in the VIP in future please! Also a place to actually wash your hands!

Purchased VIP tickets which were a complete rip off. Really poor view of the main stage ..so had to stay outside the VIP area to see anything. no covered in area. Two toilets.. everyone could walk in and out waste of money..
