Review of Boogietown 2024
A fabulous event! We went on Sunday and saw Incognito, ABC, the Jackson's and Boy George and Culture Club, amongst others, all of whom gave rousing and energetic performances. A comedy/camp highlight was Village People with the original lead singer asking the audience rather a lot if 'Y'all were having a good time' . We did! My friend and I couldn't resist getting up and doing some nautical dance moves to 'In The Navy'. Not to mention 'Go West' and perennial favourite 'YMCA'. Cheesy but fun.
We were also blessed with mostly fine weather, in spite of the threat of rain and the warm and sunny afternoon going through to evening certainly made a difference.
A slight downside was the cost of food and drinks - a little steep but there was a generally good range on offer.
My friends and I camped out in front of the stage for the duration but for people fancying other activities there was also some dance tents and fun fair rides.
A great experience and I'll be booking up for next year for sure 😊

Review of Boogietown 2024
It was a clean well organised event with plenty of parking. My daughter and I had an amazing time and are looking forward to next years event already 🥰 wish they sold a boogie town 2024 tote bag with all artists who performed listed x
