Review of Highest Point 2023 Drinks Reception

You asked specifically about the drinks reception- the event is great, but a free drink is offered to local residents by way of apology for the disruption the festival causes our lives, in the run up to and during the event. It was nearly impossible to get a free drink, and staff passed us from pillar to post - we almost felt guilty for persisting! Please try to make us feel welcome next time!!

A wonderful session from Emma who was very warm and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable right from the start, nothing was too much trouble and everything was very clearly thought out and user friendly. My friends and I loved Ashton Memorial too it was a perfect venue choice, easily accessible, warm and very beautiful.
One of the things I think stands out the most for me was the choice of not just foliage but everything else that Emma provided. She was extremely generous with her ribbons, accessories and the like - we had so much amazing choice!

A wonderful afternoon with friends and a beautiful wreath on our doors
