Everything at leeds festival was amazing! Best experience of my life however, I will never ever be using charge candy again. On the saturday mine and my friends wristbands became loose so asked to change them. The lady changed the wrists hands with putting a line through the Saturday label to say we have changed our charger this day which we hadn’t. She asked if we needed to change our chargers which we didn’t as we didn’t have them with us so she followed with ‘come back later to change them’. Which we listened to and later on came back to change them and were greeted by a very rude man telling us he wouldn’t trust us as far as he could throw us yet a member of his team told us to come back. I think it’s set up very unorganised and your staff need to learn respect for the people

Best weekend ever!!!

Charge candy was not worth it. £35 for only 1 charge a day which in most cases didn’t even fully charge the phone. Was told to leave the phone when charging and even on airplane mode and leaving it still only charged to 70%. Was told if there was any faults bring back for a new one yet when taking back was told that it was our fault we had a ‘broken lead’ which was a brand new apple one that works perfectly fine and they wouldn’t swap the charger. Not worth it at all

Charge candy did not inform me that a usb cable would not be included with the charger meaning you had no choice but to pay the extra £5 on top for this.
None of my charges actually worked, consistently. I kept having to go back to the stalls during the days to swap either my cable or charger causing an inconvenience for me & my phone always needing to be on power save mode.

the chargers are absolutely useless and don’t even do a whole charge when you can only have 1 a day- not worth the money at all

The charger never charged my phone last 50%. They were quick to swap chargers but on the last day I needed to leave and the shop didn’t open until 9:00 so I have to leave with it and lose the deposit. Would not use the service again.
