I loved leeds festival however charge candy was a complete waste of £40! i payed £26 online prior to the event and then you had to pay a £10 deposit when there , i did not get this back as they refused to open for when everyone was leaving , i believe the deposit was a scam just to get more money as you only got your deposit back if you went very early on the second last day however this wouldn’t be offering the full amount of charges. As well as this, the charger barely gave me one full charge , more like half a charge and you only got one a day. Should have been able to trade them whenever they ran out. And the way staff spoke to me when i asked for my deposit back was awful, worst customer service !

Friendly staff my charger was faulty and stopped working after charging my phone to only 30% abs was given a new one without any issues

Great for the money, bought 5 day chargers. Only issue being that the stall wasn’t open on the last day when leaving the site at 9.30 this should have been advertised as nowhere to drop chargers and get deposits back! Other than that a convenient service.

the charge candy was a great idea, I had an issue where it wouldn’t charge my phone so I went to the stall and asked them how to fix it and they immediately sorted the issue and my phone was fully charged the rest of the days!
