No food.. waited almost 1 hour and the food queue didnt even move so after an hr gave up! I would ideally like my money back for this rip off event. Don't advertise as a cook out and have long wait times for food and hardly any options.

To say its called Caribbean cookout and have 3 stalls selling Caribbean food is a joke. Waited 3 hours they ran of food and we had to wait till the cooked the chicken and even then it wasn't cook properly and staff giving us attitude when we had waited for 3hrs to leave with nothing. Such a waste and very disappointed would not go again.

If you wanted food had to wait minimum 3hrs. Not enough food stalls. Not enough Caribbean food stalls considering it was the "Big Caribbean cookout" . Lack of food ruined the whole experience

For a food festival two hours que due to to very few food stands five !!!!! Was a waste of money !!! When we were in the que people were ordering of just eat and getting food faster so for a food festivals this was one of the worst iv ever been too !!!

Was very disappointed in the event. Was stated on email there would be 2 stages for music and various catering well im disappointed there was only 1 music stage and probably 4 foor stools where u had to wait for over a hour. Would never go again

This was sold as a Caribbean cookout, yet there was only 3 stalls selling this food, we queued for 90 minutes then heard that people were returning the jerk chicken due to it being undercooked so we had to leave the venue as hungry and go to Nando's instead!! Total waste of money and time!!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the management of food service at the recent Big Caribbean cook Out event . While I was looking forward to enjoying the cultural festivities and delicious cuisine, the excessively long queues for food significantly marred the experience.

Upon arriving at the event, it quickly became evident that there were insufficient food vendors to accommodate the large number of attendees. As a result, I, along with many others, had to endure extremely long waits-some exceeding an hour or more]. The wait time was not only frustrating but also unacceptable for an event of this scale.

The long queues caused considerable discomfort and disappointment. Many attendees, including myself, had to spend a significant portion of our time waiting for food instead of enjoying the performances, activities, and other attractions that were advertised. This not only disrupted our schedules but also detracted from the overall enjoyment of the event.

I understand that organizing large events can be challenging, but ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience for attendees is crucial. Adequate food service is a fundamental aspect of event planning, and the failure to provide this detracts significantly from the overall experience.

I hope that for future events, you will take the necessary steps to improve the organization and management of food services. This could include increasing the number of food vendors, implementing a more efficient queue system, or offering pre-order options to reduce wait times.

It was ok not enough rides for the children and the food was pricey and u cant bring little snack with u for ur children which i did not like was disappointing with that

Terrible organisation

Waiting too long for food, queuing time was about 1.5 hours to order your food, food area needs more planing.
Drinks price was reasonable so that was a plus, couldn't here the music away from the stage, wasn't impressed with the music on stage.
Plus the weather did not help, but you can't control the weather.
