Review of The Big Caribbean Cook Out!
Music was great. Food was appalling. Queued for three hours, to then be given pink chicken. They ran out of everything and didnât bother to go down the queue, to let people know. Awful customer service.

Food vendors need to be rethought, 3hrs to queue, missed most of the acts, donât put main acts on late, families have kids and itâs too much. Wonât be attending again if itâs on next year.

Queues for food was ridiculous, maybe have more food stalls as the wait times was so poor you couldnât enjoy the music. Why was it on the edge of the park when the park is so big?

The music level wasnât very clear. Maybe we see too close. The toilets were miles away. The queue for the bar was well over an hour and there was zero disability assistance, not even a toilet.

Bought VIP tickets there was no VIP , which we didnt know until we got there, no one had advised us.
Paid extra for nothing an no email or apologies or refund from the event organisers. Awful!
