Over subscribed, understaffed , under catered and children's meals served cold and were unappetising eventually up and left without completing meal which was not fully forthcoming anyhow . Can not recommend and will not return .

Such a disappointment. The venue is great but the breakfast food was appalling, cold and ran out of everything. The Santa was very poor and the presents for the kids were also rubbish. This should be spectacular and so easy to get right if there was some sort of manager running the show.

The venue was dressed beautifully and the atmosphere was brilliant. Singer was really good and the kids had plenty of entertainment. This saved the fact that the food was delayed by hours and all courses as expected were not served. The event was due to end at 4pm and we left at 6pm still unfinished. We made the best of the situation although it did have a knock on effect to the rest of our day although others left without meals. Definitely needs better organisation for the food and more waiting on staff.

Totally disappointed with the service and food , we didn't receive the full menu. The first course took well over an hour to arrive, second even longer with veg missing which arrived after we had all nearly finished our main meal . The food was really poor. Lots of people had left with no dessert which arrived about 4.45pm and the staff had mostly gone home at 4pm. The coffee & mince pies were non existent when we left at around 5.30pm!! Totally disappointed

Event was 1-4pm we only received our main meal at 4.30pm! Well over crowded and over booked everyone was jammed in no organisation, everyone around was just fed up! We didn't even stay for desert! Never again!

Poor slow service and didnt receive full menu. Supposed to finish at 4pm and people still being served main meal after this time. Not organised. Felt sorry for waiting staff who had all left by 4 leaving just a few to deal with the hundreds of customers who were getting ticked off. Would not go back.

Venue is excellent the Vibe was friendly and very well set towards Christmas. But unfortunately the service wasn't the standard that was expected. Staff looked confused and flustered and looked around for help when a problem would arise however small or big.

As the very last table away from the Kitchen it felt like the table the venue forgot. The service should have been the same for every table and seemed to be not the case.

On entering my family didn't receive no complementary drink just showed to the table which was fine a young waitress took our order at the table and we then waited 35minutes for those drinks only for myself to remind the hound lady about the drinks which she relied she thought we received them from another server well this was the tone for the remainder of the day.

The length of time between courses was way too long, it felt like delay was deliberate to encourage you to spend more money on alcohol
We had to leave after the second course due to my mum becoming adjutated , it was about 4pm when we left and they were still serving the main course! There should have been way more preparation in the back ground.
To cap it off the card machine wouldn't work, which is so embarrassing but obviously no fault of the staff nor mine!
Over all the venue was a perfect setting but it could have been better, which unfortunately means I won't be booking for next year!

Been to breakfast with Santa here the last few years and it's been great. This years was disappointing, felt like it was done on a really tight budget. Lack of staff, not enough food (if any once you waited in the queues) entertainment was also not great this time. Unfortunately will be looking for somewhere else next year!

Badly organised breakfast was queuing for 45 mins for cold breakfast that one of us could eat and had to leave early because the children were hungry.

This event is great for little ones. The entertainment for the children is amazing. My little ones only left the dance floor to see Santa because they were having too much fun with the elves entertaining.
This is the second time we have done this and we would come again.

The grinch appeared for about 10minutes a waddled around the room, didn't really engage with the children at all. The entertainment was ok, over all a pricey kids party.

The food service was diabolical, a free for all. No veggie option other than fries. Queuing right across the room. Food was more aimed at adults but it was a children's event.

This could have been a great event but in reality it felt really disorganised - especially when it came to the food; a lot of time was wasted queuing up because they didn't bring out the hot food quick enough. The characters were poor, the grinch didn't really interact with the children at all! Disappointed, expected more!
