Review of Liverpool Celebrates
Me and my 9 year old daughter had a fantastic time - bands were brilliant, staff great and atmosphere was enjoyable for a family day! Beatles and Oasis stole the show! Elton was great - would have been better without him joining the crowd!
As a family day would be amazing to see some activities/ opportunities to keep the kids entertain during the acts and some stalls etc!
Overall a brilliant return of the Mathew street festival !!!

Review of Liverpool Celebrates
Rules varied. I got in but my partner was refused entry and we both carried the same items.
He was refused entry because he carried a powerpack for his mobile phone and I had one too but was allowed in but too far to walk back to hotel and back again so complete waste of time,effort and money
Ruined the day and I'd never attend another event like this organised by this s**t show.

Review of Liverpool Celebrates
Having previously experienced the joy of the Mathew street festival, I was excited to return to the joy of watching live music in Liverpool. Unfortuately, I felt that the gig was undersubscribed and therefore there was a lack of a festival atmosphere. It was very subdued, I think due to the lack of people. To make sure it is well attended Liverpool Celebrates should consider lowering the cost of tickets to ensure a healthy crowd.
